The ending for "The Lover" actually made me somewhat tear up, even though I hardly ever cry.
Aladdin - 👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟
Passenger 57 - 👍👍🌟🌟🌟
Never saw flirting but it sounds interesting to watch.
I dont think anyone else saw it either...lol
i am honestly surprised to see them even reviewing "The Lover" i use to watch it all the time on cable, but not because it was a great film or anything. i was all of 19 that year and that girl was gorgeous and naked all over the place.
"Flirting" on the other hand is one of my all time favorite films.
No one knows how much I absolutely "love"... THE LOVER.!!!
That film passenger 57 made wesley snipes a big time superstar
Snipes was already a big star at this time. New Jack City and Jungle Fever the previous yr were hits and in '92 he had a even bigger hit with White Men Can't Jump and Passenger 57 was a big hit
The Lover and Flirting are also good movies.
No, they're not.
Not the best only in soft core sense that's it
It's like Jane March had a clause in her contract that she wouldn't do a role unless it was offputtingly sexually explicit... not that I'm complaining.
Never thought of The Lover as soft core at all. It is a nuanced erotic tragedy. Very smart complex and overall sad. What movie did they watch?
I like Passenger 57 and Aladdin.
I like Passenger 57 ...Even though it was a rip-off of both Die Hard and Die Hard 2 ...it was a fun action film under 90mins.
There were only two reasons to watch The Lover, and both were on Jane March's chest. That also applies to Color of Night.
I watched _Color of Night_ for Bruce Willis' willy.🍆👍
robin williams wears me out quickly.
Yeah! As a kid, when I used to watch some of his movies, I used to think that he had too much energy.
My reviews: out of 5
1 " Jennifer 8 " 2 out of 5 👎
2 " Aladdin " 3 out of 5 👍
3 " Passenger 57 " 2 out of 5 👎
garcia impersonating al pacino.
Flirting - Noah Taylor returns in this politically-themed, predictable sequel to the classic "The Year My Voice Broke" featuring Nicole Kidman, 👎
The Lover - Jean-Jacques Annaud's adaptation of Marguerite Duras' novel earns points for its sumptuous photography and music yet is bogged down by subdued performance by Tony Leung Ka-fai and Jane March, 👎
Passenger 57👍
Alladin, 👍
They didn’t watch the movie 😂 The Chinese lover DID NOT get out of the limo and watch the boat leave. He stayed in the car.
Jennifer 8: 👍⭐⭐⭐1/2 - a very good psychological thriller with lots of fluidity between a hot shot cop and a cold and calculated serial killer
The Lover: 👎⭐⭐ - a mediocre erotic period drama which has all skin, no bones
Aladdin: 👎⭐⭐1/2 - the animation is so beautiful to look at, even Jafar is a convincingly frightening villain. Yet the overall plot is strained
Passenger 57: 👍⭐⭐⭐1/2 - an exciting action thriller with a claustrophobic premise in terms of domestic terrorism, and a well designed script
Flirting: 👍⭐⭐⭐ - a beautiful chaos of a film set in 1960s Australia
