- FOX 13 chief meteorologist Paul Dellegatto has the latest on Tropical Storm Debby as a few rain bands continue moving through the Bay Area. The storm is now impacting northeast Florida along with coastal areas of Georgia and the Carolinas, where potentially catastrophic rainfall is expected.

We live in Zone D/E in Largo. Our entire yard and crawl space flooded last night. We evacuated and met water over the hood of our Subaru. Getting out on Belcher, cars were floating down the road. We did make it to Ulmerton and everything was dry. We have lost almost everything. Unreal.
