And armor on kof absorbs as many hits as it needs to without any sort of damage. It's crazy good

Well technically he’s snk’s zangief considering his other persona Tizoc is a red wrestler with no combos and is a hero to the children. Except tizoc has a character.
Pot is a pretty fucked up character by normal grappler standards. If you were to actually categorize him in other games he'd be a zoner-striker-poker-grappler character, but given that in Guilty Gear everyone is a boss character, that's pretty natural. Potempkin is a grappler in guilty gear by virtue of actually having a grappling game.
Its like if king from tekken fused with zangeif with potemkin as a mentor

Does your normal command grab has armor? That's powerful.
It is. Clark, another grappler has a frame 1 grab and a delayed version of the same with armor. This game has options like no other
I still think Tizoc should make a comeback.
I kinda also like his Tizoc persona more, but people will riot of they take their dinosaur toy away

Honestly, I’d say still give it a shot. I’ve only played 14 for a few hours at most but it was a ton of fun

I find interesting that you use the word impactful. I've always loved KoF's design since the 90s, so I was thinking "what's not to like?" But i totally get it, it's more down to earth, fashionable looks and no over the top crazy outfits like for example GG. I love both so i tend to not make the comparisons but I think "impactful" is the right word. Cheers, hope you give ita chance anyways :)

It's a dude in a costume but somehow his dino head is fully functional for bites and facial expressions. Don't think about it too hard
