Well, that explains your description for the Twin Basin preview... they really went ham on the placements of the Dark Bananas here. I’d love to see this mode get expanded upon!
The fact that this mode is harder than the returning master modes says a lot. Original stage mode is the only one that can even compare and that's mostly due to 2 stages
The only gripe I have with this mode is that you can't see dark bananas on the map. They should patch that asap. Other than that, this mode's low-key fire.
@@MrCat-se7ws True, but I just thought it was a little jarring to not see where he was going on centrifugal. Unless you can change the camera angle while locking your direction in place, it's gonna feel pretty frustrating to beat that level for most people.
Tbh this is what I saw: The goal is right at the center of the middle circle, and the bananas are an inwards triangle. You can use the map to remain yourself at the center.
So I beat dark basin after not toooo many tries but I don’t understand Swing Bar Long at all. I literally can’t stop from falling off the ledge. The physics in your video aren’t matching mine at all, what the heck did you do??? Thanks for this!!

@@SuperMonkeyCherrim DID IT! But my attempt looked almost nothing like yours. I had to break the level into like 4 zones and at each zone almost come to a complete stop to roll up against the tilt. Still have no idea how you generated so much forward momentum in yours, but oh well I am probably never playing that terrible level again lol.

@@jovialw8364 a trophy*, and I don’t think you get a trophy for beating this mode specifically only that is cumulatively beats missions and that gets a trophy.

Tbh I found “Swing Bar Long” muuuuuch harder, and especially more frustrating than Twin Basin. Twin basin was really hard but at least it was fun :)
