What are your thoughts on overall difficulty for this world?

You know what for the longest time I always thought you were on the ocean surface when you fight the octopus. I never realized it was still in the air with just a ball of water along with the stage.

Now that I'm finally done with the game, I guess I can say my final thoughts here. This was really an amazing experience and one of the best games I have ever played in the series. The level design was superb, being on par and dare I say in some instances better than the original games. The music was still good, although that is a Sega staple. The worlds were super creative and the story was the best I've ever seen. It was a welcome addition to have full blown cutscenes again. The difficulty overall I'd say is on par with SMB1 and Banana Splitz, and I'd say it is a three way tie between them all. I had so many frustrating moments in the game, but that was a good thing. I really missed hard Super Monkey Ball with creative level design, it was such a breath of fresh air. This game took so much of the criticism from both Banana Blitz HD and Banana Mania and took it to the next level. Some criticisms I would have is the lack of proper party games, but I do like the online mode as well, it is very fun! The physics can feel wonky at times but overall they feel very similar to the original games, especially playing as Baby who feels the closest to them. Nonetheless, this is definitely in the top 5 of my favorite Super Monkey Ball games, and after 12 years since the last non-remake title, I'm really happy to see that this game turned out very well. Overall, I'd say I'd give it a 9/10. Thank you to all who watched through this journey, and for those who have found my walkthroughs not even just for this game but Super Monkey Ball in general, thank you for allowing me to guide everyone when it comes to these games. You know when I got to the extra worlds...completing the missions got a lot tougher. But I honestly have no idea how you can beat Gift Box in under 15 seconds. Or get 35 bananas in the Broken Dish one. Or even get the Drawbridge one done in number 42 seconds. It gets very annoying. But the inner completionist in me can't take it. Either way well done.

I would NEVER touch cylinders with a 39 1/2 ft pole. I’m always running backwards on swing bridges and the fact that they nerfed cylinders makes me want to touch it even less. I also just learned what notch is, I always skipped through passage green goal

On the golden balls level, you don't actually need the switches I just pushed past the balls and into the goal lol
