Cutting the budget induces more stress on departments because they are forced to cut positions, and then those that remain become over worked...overly stressed and thats how tensions continue to rise not fall

I went together with a black girl from the projects to apply for a job. "White privilege" seems to be more about a history of strong work ethic, speaking clearly and not having a police record. These are things you can do for yourself. Protest doesnt change these things.
