@relax9674 difference is city have spent a fortune on having 2 world class players in every position so it hasn't effected them as much as it does anyone else. No doubt they will go out 8n the summer and spend heavily in the summer again whilst all the other teams have to keep within ffp rules but it doesn't effect city.
