Blinkered fans need to forget this ridiculous narrative that winning a domestic cup, particularly the league cup, is a serious indicator of a manager’s quality and pedigree. It simply isn’t.
Any reasonably minded person looking objectively at Ten Hag’s performance over his 2 years at United would see that he is very clearly not good enough

I personally don't think Poch. is better than Ten Hag, in terms of tactics and style of play. I think Poch is better in terms of motivating and getting players to play, also he has a way of getting players who are not performing out of the team if they are not willing to work.
A team with more than half of the squad being average or below average is going to be difficult to manage, Guardiola, will struggle, some cannot learn, adapt or adjust to new playing styles. Its a big problem plus injuries whether being faked for fear of being exposed. A great coach will need at least 2 seasons to make any headway. Let's not forget, the injury problems, Ten Hag have a point to prove, he played with makeshift teams almost the entire season. They should let him do his final year. No renewal of contracts for anybody apart from the youngsters, Anthony should go out on loan if they can't sell him and few others like him.

Literally no one would have bought Mason Mount for 55 million last summer and it's been blatantly obvious since Tens Hag came to the Club the deadwood that has needed to be moved on and he's done absolutely nothing about it, instead getting rid of De Gea and Ronaldo. Even I know I could do a much better job than this out of his depth manager.
It makes me laugh these comments that basically say ETH has complete control of the club from top to bottom. He would have agreed to buying Mount but the transfer fee has nothing to do with him.
