Yes, i think arteta knows wenger days are numbered when he leaves to become pep assistant in 2016, so in 3.5 years he learnt everything from pep and his intention is only 1 which is to come and help arsenal to glory, but we know in that 3.5 years arsenal is live in the mud and when he take the job, he inherited an ageing, dispirited squad which is not easy for novice manager like him to handle, but we can see what is he building after 2.5 years already bear fruit, he brings back the soul that have left at highbury, what a manager...

The thing I love about pep is how exciting he makes football. He's not the perfect manager because there is no such thing, but the style of football and the performances that we have witnessed over his career have most certainly left a mark in footballs history and have definitely played a part in keeping my personal interest in football. Even when i'm not a City fan, i seem to find myself watching the majority of their fixtures, purely because i know im going to witness ruthless attacking football.

He didn’t say he would go now. He really likes City and it’s structure. I don’t think he will go to Barca anytime soon. Short snippet alim the mindset of an elite coach and leader. Speaks volumes when you can see what he has and continues to achieve.
The journalist question got the answers, but the framing of the question was coming from an insecure and limited mindset.
When you trust yourself and and your ability to be successful and solve problems you don't hold people back. You trust yourself and your ability to do better. In the process gaining respect, integrity and challenge which also allows not only them to grow but also yourself. Pep has been so consistent for different reasons, but the way he sees things and thinks is a main one in my view
