I’m gonna save this for when my son is older but I love the design!
great project. Im researching one of these for a build from a client and I like this one the best so far. Theres some versatility to it.
Definitely considering this build for my boys
We watched it as a family and we loved it!
This is Awesome!!! Stephen wants one in extra large size!!😄
So cool! I watched it with the girls and now they want one too 😂
Turned out great! Keep up the content!
Love it. Appreciate that you used inserts and bolts on all your ladder connectors
3 children and a ton of fort and climbing projects later and it's holding up great! Thanks :)
This is great! Was going to start a Pikler and then thought a transforming bridge would be better.. lo and behold!
Great work, looks like the kids love it. Can’t wait for our littles to climb all over it!
Thanks for uploading that (and the long-term insight) 2 years later!!
Thanks Faolan! We really appreciate your input. One day maybe we will get the time to upload all the other ideas bouncing around in my head...
This is so awesome!
Have already shared the plans with grandpa and we can’t wait to start working on this for my son’s 1st birthday. Thank you for the detailed plan! Such a unique idea compared to the standard triangle 👌🏽
Awesome!! Please let us know if there are any details we missed and share your results!
Looks great! Thanks for sharing
Awesome design! A bridge seems so much more functional for older kids.
Thank you! From what we've seen it definitely seems to lend itself to more creative play and recently they have been using it more in its triangle form. Flipping it on end and using it as "a cage" for the younger siblings and stuffed animals. 😂
Amazing! Thank you for sharing the plans. Looking forward to building it for my baby!
I really hope they help you out. Let me know if you have any problems and I'll help out however I can. :)
Ive been looking for something like this for so long. My wife is from Ecuador and she and my son have been there for 3 weeks visiting with family. I was planning on surprising him with a fun and engaging play set when he got back. I love the idea of adding a bridge, I plan on using this idea, but I want to add a detachable climbing wall and slide to this as well. Thanks for sharing your work! Keep it up!
That's awesome Kodi! I'm so glad we were able to help inspire you. The toughest thing about CZcams comments is we never get to see all the cool things our viewers make. Once we get our school built we will definitely make more videos.
Y'all are so awesome! You've got some good wood working skills too! We love and miss y'all's sweet smiling faces. 🤗💗
Thank you Miss Mandy! We miss you all too. Can't wait to see you again. :)
@@busybeemontessori9826 that would be awesome! 😊
Great job!!!
Thanks Mrs. Robin! :)
I'm so you guys were able to post a new video😁
So glad**
I dont even have kids yet..but this thing is inspiring.. thanks for sharing
Thank you so much for watching. It really means a lot to us.
Brilliant. Well done with the innovation!
This is so cool!!! Nice job!
Thanks Maggie! :)
Cool Idea, I would suggest wearing a dust mask. Dust in the lungs is not good, ever heard of COPD? My filter gets full/clogged every other day, with the tiny dust particles, that's dust that could be in my lungs.
😍you guys are awesome!
Thanks Sheilla! 😁
Awesome video! I am hoping to do this for my kids next weekend following your plans. How wide are the legs?
Thank you!
Hey Bryce. Really glad you enjoyed the video. Maybe some day we will have the time to make more. :) The legs are 2.5" wide. There is a radius pointed out on one of the legs in the drawing but it isn't obvious. I hope it comes out great for you!
I’ve got to build 2 of these I like your take on it thanks
Hope they turned out well Tony! So sorry it took so long for you to get a response from us!
I am not sure if i missed it off not, but are the plans able to be shared? I'd love to see the design and steps to build this so I can show my husband
We haven't made plans for building it yet. If enough people are interested then we will have to spend a weekend creating some. Thanks Haley!
Haley! We made some plans over the weekend. Hope you can make some use of them. We made a website and posted it in the video description. Let us know if you have any problems with it and thank you so much for coming back. :)
@@busybeemontessori9826 thank you for putting those plans together! I'm definitely going to be building one if these soon
This is great!
Thanks Crystal! Sorry for the delayed response... One day after we have our school up and running we can hopefully make some more content.
it seems the website is no longer available ,,,, can we please have the plans available again on any other website ? thanks
great job!
thanks Andrei!
I can’t find any written plans yet are there any??
I like, so I comment
this is hannah i didnt know you are on youtube
Hi, love the video and idea. Tried going to the website for the drawings and dimensions, but the link is not working. I found the sketches on your Facebook page, but how long do you make the legs? Are they all the same length, or is one side longer? Thanks
Hey there. I am glad you reached out on FB. I hardly ever check this account anymore. I can email you the plans if you like. Just send me a message and let me know.
My wife messaged you through your Facebook and you replied right back. Thank you! I ended up laying it out on the garage floor, and drawing with chalk, figured out lengths that would work. My dimensions are a little smaller than yours, but I'm happy with the result. Thanks again for the great idea!
This looks awesome! Husband and I were originally going to build a traditional pikler but your take is so much better:)
Just a couple questions if you don’t mind:). Could I use a 3/4 inch plywood for all the legs vs 2x 1/2 and bonding?
And would it affect the hardware you listed on Amazon? (Ie, would the hardware be to long then?)
Hi Petter! Honestly I would have to look at the model in a bit of detail but I imagine you would need to use a few different pieces of hardware because it will change the thickness of the sections. The reason we did two 1/2" sheets and then bonded them together was just to create a hard backstop so that I would get a consistent depth every time. My Drill press isn't very precise unfortunately.
I like your version of the Pickler Triangle and want to make one for my granddaughters. What size bolt sleeve barrel connector did you use? Do you have a link to them? What is the width of the legs?
Hi Daryl. You can find pretty much everything you need on our website. We don't have much time to work on these videos anymore but if there's anything I can do to help out let me know. I try to check in on things here from time to time.

@@busybeemontessori9826 I didn't realize that the pictures of the hardware had links embedded. Would have saved me a lot of time searching for them :-) I still do not see the width of the legs anywhere on the plan.
Going to start building this tomorrow for my Grand Daughter. Was drawing up brackets and seemed to have missed something on the plans! The measurements from the edge of the bracket to the centerline of the holes and also the width of the legs. I assumed the legs are 2.5” wide and the hole centerline for the brackets to be 1.25”? Do you have any updated plans?
Hi Richard. I always miss little details like that. You are correct. The width of the brackets is 2.5" and the holes are all on a 1.25" centerline. Thanks for watching, sorry it took a few days to respond. Let me know if you find anything else missing.
Hi, I have difficulty with imperial measurement
I easily found 3 feet is 91,44cm
but what about 2-8' 1/2" ?
(that kind of size with 1/2 3/4 5/8 are really difficult)
is it 60.96cm+1.27cm=62.23cm (2.8 feet + 1/2 inch)?
Hi Myamata! I'll see if I cant make an updated drawing this weekend with metric (mm) dimensions for you. sorry I didn't think about that before you mentioned it.
Do you have the actual file and not just pics? I am trying to recreate your "screenshots" into my modeling software, but some of the numbers aren't making since. Mind sharing your cad file so I can cut it from my CNC.
Hi Kevin. Sorry this has taken me so long to reply to. If you still need a CAD model let me know. I'll see what I can do.
Still trying to figure out how to make the triangle and other shape…any help would be appreciated .. actual construction tips missing and yes I downloaded directions but the diagram for cutting triangle and other is not user friendly…thanks
Hi Linda. Saw your FB message. Sorry for the missed comment. I'll try to get something together for you in the next day or so.
@@busybeemontessori9826 thankyou for responding…looking forward to continuing to work on this project for two of my grandchildren. Love the whole concept the best I have seen so far.
what is the size for the plastic knobs? 5/16 in.-18?
Yes. Here is a link to the ones I used. I think I had to reduce the length of them to 1.5" after I got them in house. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H128VI2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1&fbclid=IwAR3lShPgcLbN07iTYJZOEH1gcQ3AZNF_T1-zMUtD11xHR3fB8rMWNQvy6yw
is it possible to share printable file of the triangle and trapezoid bracket
Hi lukeandlilian, sorry for not responding sooner. We've had a lot going on lately. I will hopefully try to put something up for this in the near future. Thank you for watching.
