Meat/mutton 500grm
1 tsp salt
4-5 green chillies
1 medium sized onion
4-5 bay leaves
1 piece mace
3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
15-20 peppercorns
2 black cardamom
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2½ glasses of water
For Pulao
½ cup oil
3 green cardamom
3-4 cloves
2 star anise
2 bay leaves
10-12 peppercorns
1 large sized onion
½ cup curd
7-8 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp crushed pepper
½ tsp fennel
1 tsp cumin
500grm Basmati rice
1 tsp kewra water
