2 green cardamom
4 cloves
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
1 star anise
½ piece of mace
some peppercorns
4 bay leaves
1½ tsp fennel seeds
1½ tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
For Yakhni
750grm chicken
1 medium sized onion
10-12 garlic buds
4 green chillies
1 tsp salt
1½ litre salt
750grm sella rice
2 large sized onion
½ tsp peppercorns
2 cinnamon sticks
3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
½ piece of mace
1 star anise
1 tsp cumin
1 black cardamom
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies paste
150grm curd
1½ tsp salt (or as per taste)
1 large sized Tomato
6-7 green chillies
