    Wow I finally got my hands on this, the WeatherTech Windshield Sun Shade, i’ve been using a cheap one for a long time and I definitely see the quality and I’m glad I spent the extra money. I’m tired of the inside of my vehicle being so hot when I go into it after it sits out in the sun. I hope you find this video helpful in someway and thank you so much for watching.

    These look great and seem to work well, but now in 2024 and in Canada, those are $100 plus taxes. Simply ridiculous for a shade. Thanks for posting this.

    About to move into my car and was looking into these for covering my windows in the winter. Praying it works because they cost about 2-3 weeks of food.

    You need some tint and then you add the sun visor and the car temp will be about the temp outside. It’s a lifesaver in Florida that’s for sure

      Thanks Nathan, they busy chops out here with tint so this has helped big time.

    I ordered the full set custom visors for my vehicle and the front windshield piece was cut too long on the passenger side, making it fold in the center causing a lot of sun to get through, so when I enquired about a replacement, customer service personnel Joseph Cate tried to say that they can’t do anything about gravity issues even though I was quite concise about it being too long on the passenger side. Finally I was granted a replacement. After a few weeks of waiting the replacement arrived, and it was still too long on the passenger side, so once again I called customer service and spoke with Joseph Cate, and he said that he would see what corporate would say and then get back to me... it’s been over a week and I didn’t hear anything from Joseph so I emailed him and got no response so I tried to call his extension and still no response. Weather Tech has some serious customer service issues, which is unfortunate because I have Welders, Project Managers, and Road Crew personnel at numerous locations that ask me about these custom visors almost everyday, and now I will advise them to go with another company based on my experience.

      Michael that stinks, I love my window covering and I was thinking about buying the set and I’m glad I didn’t . These are suppose to be custom fit, not good at all. Thanks for sharing much appreciated. Maybe see if husky makes something? They are their competitors.

      No problem. I was surprised with the poor customer service. I literally have a different person every day that asks me about these sunshades. I will check out the competitor that you mentioned. Thank you:)

      I was gonna buy one but no-no. I was going to recommend my friends but no-no. Thanks for your review. It helps a lot. They need to stop reaping off people's hard-earned money.

    Thanks for the video. How sturdy is this material ? Also I'm looking for something that would go over the side posts as well because the plastic trim there is getting sticky....

      I use the WeatherTech and it works great I’ve had some for a few years now on most of my vehicles. Very durable from my point of view

      Hi Native, I don’t really know before this I had really cheap ones, so far it’s lasting and has a nice tight fit.

    One of my visors broke off. Will it still hold with just one or does it stay put by itself?

    • @TechMadeEzy
      @TechMadeEzy  Před rokem +1

      I found it’s pretty stiff, considering it stays up pretty good in my fusion without the visor so one will definitely help

      Lies 😂. I bought a cheap China made cover at a local Oreillys for $35 and it doesn’t cover the entire windshield. The foam is also clumsy and it doesn’t stay in place.
