  • Soccer season is coming up and we're here for it! Soccer can be a very dangerous sport. Not because it's necessarily a high contact sport, but because of the strain it puts on the body. Wearing cleats, cutting quickly to keep the ball, kicking and falling all the time, it's amazing there are soccer players WITHOUT knee injuries. The human body is smart and can adapt, but if an injury can be prevented, that could be a career changer.     Do you have vids on abdominal muscle probs?? My left side next to my ribs is tightening up and hurting really bad when I move.

      20 times a day 140 times a week and for 26 hours no breaks. Hope this helps . 💪🦵

    I can pop my knee cap by stretching and pushing to the side of it is that causing pain? And also I have knee pain in both of my knees
