ABOUT US: We’re traveling full time, living on our own terms and showing you the up-close-and-personal details of us figuring it out along the way. Sometimes it’s about navigating big, life-altering decisions. Sometimes it’s about navigating the seemingly lawless free-for-all that is driving in Hanoi. It’s moments of triumph and moments of panic.
The good, the bad, the ugly - and most importantly, the real and real funny. We’re not here to tell you “how it’s done.” Just how we’ve done it. And that whatever it is that’s calling you - the way you’ll do it is much more attainable than it may seem. We believe the world’s a more interesting place when people reject convention in favor of what they actually care about. This is us putting that idea to the test - one budget spreadsheet, RV renovation and mountain-peak drone video at a time.
LAST DAY *ever* OF FBA EDU 50% IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW! www.fba-edu.com
You’re really helping through this pandemic, I enjoy your videos, you explain and show incredible footage.. plus you help me mental feel still part of the world that I would love to see once this is over. May be you can share like figures what you spent in one country or per month if you did a few countries. Gives us idea of total cost figure what to save for. Hi! From Northwest Territories I watch 5 of your videos so far, thank you so much showing the countries I would like to visit one day.

Aww had no idea we were getting a shoutout in this vid! Thanks girrrl😁👏✈
That's so cool! What a great community. Can't wait to be able to travel internationally again.
Thanks for creating great stuff guys!
Good video, If you have some tips to share on finding places for weekly or monthly rentals at lower rates that would be great. I always seem to get stuck with booking nightly rental rates because the good places seldom free up for longer stays. I say go anywhere tropical, we could all use a “virtual”vacation from the cold and snow about now. Carribean would be an easy flight from FL.
Yes! Thank you for the shoutout to other travel channels :)
Never traveled much. Been down the Baja peninsula to Loreto and to Oahu. Lived in Minnesota for six months back in the 60's. Never been east of the Mississippi river but i did make it to Seattle once. I live in south Los Angeles and I'm now 77 yrs old and don't get around very well any more. (health issues). So thank you for taking me along with you. It dose not matter where you go or what you do when you get there. It's the little things that you guys do and the background in the video's that are as entertaining as your wonderful personalities you guys posses. Thanks again for bringing me along!
We are also traveling full time currently and two things I'd love to see is how you plan for 'work' vs filming vlogs during an extended stay in a destination and how you keep fit/healthy when on the road.
Great video! I cracked up when you covered peppers ears. Would like to see a video on Florida, where you go for food, fun, sights.
Since you want suggestions on where to travel - SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦 Currently open to tourists, as long as you can present a negative PCR test taken no longer than 72 hours before boarding your first flight🙋🏻♀️ once you get here, go to The Kruger National Park, where you are in your own car and you would ideally be there for at least a week (just in the park)🐆🐘🦁 incredible experience + COVID ‘friendly’😃😃
Just in time to get the latest South African COVID strain, likely resistant to vaccines
Would love to see a couple of things. First, have you finished remodeling your house? Would like an "after" tour. Second, as a former FL resident, there is tons to show off. I'm not talking about Disney, but the natural wonders. If you are in SW FL, the beaches are beautiful, there are tons of islands you can only get to by boat, great kayaking, etc. So many people only think about the theme parks, please show them that there is more that FL offers.
Love the video. Full of great advise and so real. I love how it is like learning from a friend, I have enjoyed and will continue to watch all of your vlogs! Thanks for sharing a part of your life with us!!
Okay. I’m a little late to watching this video, but love this style! I’m now kicking myself that I don’t go onto Instagram often, I would have contributed!
Also I am one of those that you mentioned came here as an RVer when you were driving to Alaska. Stayed because your personality on CZcams is real and your transparent about your travel. So thank you!!
Allison (spelling?) - you are adorable, plus you're doing a fantastic job of videotaping! I LOVE Pepper.
Tim - whenever you laugh I can't help myself! You crack me up. Thanks for the endorphins during this hell of covid.
I’ve become a super fan. I’ve watched over 100 of your videos in the last month (that’s what lockdown in the UK will do for you). I like the honesty in your videos, and trust yours and Tim’s opinion. The digital nomad stuff particularly interests me as I’m now a permanent home worker. And the FBA has definitely got me thinking. In terms of video content, what you are currently doing works for me. It’s the right balance of exploring destinations and making the viewer think how they could get more travel in there lives. If the pandemic has taught me one thing, it’s how much I love to travel. I can’t wait to get back out there.
What a nice comment Dave, glad to have you along for the journey!
I am new to your channel - I started with the Mexico videos. I really enjoyed them so I started watching more of your videos and I really enjoyed the conversational style of this video! ❤ thank you!
I liked the series of you guys being in Mexico.
To watch a persons daily happenings in a foriegn country, going shopping (what are the stores like) the walk out for a coffee (what are the neighbourhoods like) normal interactions of a person actually LIVING there, that’s what I find most interesting.
Just hitting the big event/beach shot is done by every other travel blogger.
Love your other vids as well but that Mexico series I found very enjoyable.
Take care.
I like the idea you just go where and when you want to, because that is your real style. I like several travel video series because of the personalities of the youtubers. 🙂
Wherever you guys go next, absolutely stoked to see more! Happy travels! Thank you for all the insight!
I absolutely love your on camera personality, I love your interactions with Tim and pepper but mostly your interaction with us the audience. I would definitely like to see more videos like this but I think you should give tim a little more on camera time lol. The two of you together are intoxicating, meaning you feed off of each other perfectly, my wife agrees. We will miss the Rv trips, that’s what hooked us, but you guys won us over with your winning smiles and video style, I tell all my friends to watch, and we will continue to watch and support when we can. Happy travels 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Definitely 2 thumbs up for this style of video! 💚
Can you please do an updated travel must-haves/whats in our bags? I absolutely love those vids and helps me to cut down on my own packing haha!
Love watching your videos. We are planning a trip to Hawaii next year and look forward to seeing where you go and what you do!
I have traveled and much of what you said I've discovered from being the family's trip and vacation planner. Thanks for the additional tips and I really liked the style of this vlog. But I really, really like watching you and Tim travel to places together, in the US, or in Florida, or Internationally. So whatever you have been doing, and however you have been making your travel series, works for me!
I'm (spouse) commenting as Scott on his CZcams.
Great video! Like the tips and seeing how you guys plan your trips
Great video! So much info. Loved the edit.
Great advice in this vlog👍 thanks guys😁
Thanks guys!
I love your travel videos but this video was informative and helpful. We just want to see more Tim, Fin & Pepper! 💗 I would love to see you travel to Hawaii, Jamacia, Puerto Rico, Cuba, South Africa for a safari, or Fuji. I highly recommend your Tripped compression cubes. The quality is A+. I will be purchasing a Tripped backpack prior to my next trip. Wishing you continued success!
Hi. We were in Oahu January 9-22, Marriot Ko Olina, nice location, the travel went smoothly, followed the travel protocols and had no hassles. Hotel said it was at about 50% activity level, so that was nice (for us). Kauai next January! Thank you for the information you provide.
Loved the format of this video🤩 Lot’s of good information for those wanting to travel more and for those of us that consider ourselves DIY season travelers😏
Hi from Portugal! Can't wait to travel again..
Hi! Love you guys! Great video! Looking forward to more! Can you please talk about how different places you have been feel different and what stood out to you about the new cultures you encountered?
Hi guys I am new to your channel I have been binge watching your videos especially as I haven't been able to travel since January last due to covid . I love the way your vlogs show the highs and the lows it's more realistic hate those channels that show everything so Instagram perfect, like they are the only one at an attraction and not hundreds in the queue with them . just want to thank you for the many inspiring jealous hours of watching your beautiful energetic family , here's wishing this Irish woman gets to travel some time this year if so I feel I will be a bit more adventurous after watching your channel
Well done Ollie your an amazing guy so proud of what you have achieved with Walk the Mind xx
@Timandfin loved loved this video. Although I love all your videos, it would be great to have more sit down and chat videos. This video and the sit down about Vietnam have been the most impactful for me and my husband planning our world trip. Would love some sit down 'how you travel as a couple' issues, tips etc
I definitely enjoyed the talking video. I enjoy hearing the conversational insight. Also more pepper. :)
Awesome VLOG as always.....Would love to see you guys go to Hawaii, Bora Bora, Argentina and Chili.........even though you say you are done with the RV world......your VLOGS from that time were FANTASTIC!!!!
Love your videos and your traveling we are also traveling with you in our dreams,so to speak❤️💜keep up the great work and thank you and Pepper too 👍🏻👌☀️💚❤️♥️
Congratulations on CZcams silver button award and 100k subscribers
About safety - Aftre visiting aroung 14 countries w/o incident, I'd say (to mis-quote Mark Twain) 'If you DON'T listen to people you're UN-iformed. If you DO listen to people you are MIS-informed." He said it about newspapers, true as well! Just follow your instinct & maybe "Nothing good ever happens after 2 a.m.": How I Met Your Mother (LOL!)
Living in Thailand so hopefully will be able to travel all over the country. Once restrictions lift it will be Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore. Arrived here on March 1st 2020 so been under restrictions since I arrived. Good luck on your planning.
loved watching and got a lot of good tips about travel. Thanks and keep up the good work. By the way I am an 83 yr old male and would travel alone.
I get asked all the time how I afford to travel. And your explanation is now my new answer. I don’t budget for travel... it is an every day expense for me. It is the equivalent of a mortgage for me. Couldn’t have explained it better!!
I loved hearing how you guys plan your trips! Also, I knew as soon as i saw the ferry terminal that it was Isla Mujeres. We had our honeymoon there!
I Love to your videos, especially Pepper. Looks like y'all have a great time.
I would love to see you guys travel round Australia! I've always wanted to go, with my job I don't have the time to see it all so it would be real cool to see you guys do it!
Yes, Kauai is on my radar. I also want to see Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, & Canary Islands, please. :). Thanks for your tips!
Great video Allison! Found you guys thru the rv trips, binged all the international travel, and have(love) your Tripped gear, but were just here for Pepper! Jk, you guys are informative and funny. Just keep doing the same as you have been
Loved this video, such informative and interesting content. Have you ever thought about exploring the Canary Islands? The islands are so beautiful and each one different than the others. My favorites are La Palma and Lanzarote. I too sucked at surfing, but on Lanzarote I learned how to windsurf and had a blast. Once, however, the instructor had to pull me back to the beach, asking me if I had planned to go to Africa! Learned it pretty quickly though. You guys rock and little Pepper is such a cutie.
Hi Fin great video do more my wife and I love it you always put a smile on my face thank you again
I love that you explain more and of course Pepper is a sweetie!!
Great video!! Such good tips. It's interesting that you say that you feel safer flying than roadtripping around in our nasty gas stations. We are about to start our big RV roadtrip and We'll make sure to use our bathroom and our food for breaks rather than rest stops hahah Also LOL'd at you covering Peppers ears when talking about traveling with a dog hahaha
This was a great video! It was very informative - I wish I was younger, there are so many places we would love to go! Have you guys thought about going to Roatan and/or Utila to do some diving, etc.?
Would love to see you two travel to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Costa Rica
I love you guys, you two are so funny! Been watching you forever! If you are looking for your next trip, Peru is open with a covid test 72 hours prior to arrival. Of course that too could change. We are going May 12-31. I can send you our itinerary if that sounds like something you would be Interested in. Hope we can still get in come May!!
Ooops. **negative covid test
I’m putting in a request for Switzerland please! I’ve never gone anywhere too far and it seems so out of range for me. But I’m sure you guys would know exactly what to do! Fingers crossed!
Love this video! Would you ever do more travel that is easily accessible for the Midwest crowd? Not sure how much of a need there is for it but I’d love to see it!
Found your videos when I was researching an "off the beaten path" Mexico trip. I SO enjoy your videos as your travel style is very similar to my own. Have you considered the Azores rather than Hawaii? Would highly recommend. Shamelessly, some places on my "must visit" list are Turkey, Morocco, Zanzibar, Croatia, Puerto Rico, Jordan, Albania. Not sure if you can travel to Cuba as Americans right now? One of my favourite "warm" countries! This Canadian is stuck up here in the Great White North for the time being and living vicariously through videos like yours. Thanks for sharing your lives with us!
We canceled our annual thirty-day Maui sabbatical this year as the rules and flight schedules kept changing. In addition, the so-called "Trusted Test Partners" three-day test turnaround times were far too questionable.
I would love to see your travels to Madeira Portugal🙏🏼❤️. Totally relate how you get giddy over a travel deal🤣
I'm planning a trip to Romania and Spain for either spring or late summer/early fall. Both places are fantastic, but then I'm biased... grew up in Romania (Sibiu, Transylvania) and haven't been back in 30+ years, but I HAVE to go this year... and after that go to Gandia, Spain to visit my sister. Gandia is located on the Costa Blanca, on the Mediterranean, and I'm planning on helping my sister to set up her apartment as an Airbnb. 2 years ago I went there for 6 weeks and that time has been magical. Her apartment is a short 7 min walk from one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on that coast. Not to mention that for 185 euros we rented a car for 30 days and we went on day adventures all along the coast (Benidorm, Denia, Allicante being just a few). Highly recommend both Sibiu Romania and Gandia Spain :)... Happy travels you two, I enjoy your content every time you post something 😀👍👍👍
Ciao. Love traveling with you. It's so nice and peaceful and calm. 😉😄
Great video
I wish you go to Carribbean islands...beach and surf...also the culture there is deep and interesting.
Also love your style of vlogging...feels like a we are with a friend in the tour
Unfortunately Boris had said we can't leave the country, so here in the UK we aren't going anywhere
We are headed to ski to Steamboat Spring first of March. We booked it 6 months ago and the flights use to run around $1000 per person round trip cause it is into a small airport. We got the fights for $350 per person round trip.
wow what an awesome deal!! Happy spring skiing!
Loved the video! New to the channel
I think your style is fine.
I live on the island of Crete. I will have my second dose of the Moderna vaccine by 10 Feb. In your research have you seen the quarantine rules changing for those who are vaccinated?
DOH! January 6 in the US was a whole other kind of day!!!
It was a terrible day for the USA 5 people died for no reason. 😭 so sad
Do you have a link to the place you stayed in Puerto Escondido with the Jeep? I've looked VRBO can't find it. Looking for a month rental. 😁
Ah haha - yes this is Tim and he runs our Amazon business. Just some random dude walking in as you video 😆
😂😂😂 I’m glad someone else found that funny
Hi Alisson -- Love your (and Tim's) style -- Already you feel like my little American niece! We are approaching (FIRE) financial independence retire early; kids off to university & my husband and I are eyeing NZ as a longer term destination --10 weeks there -- slower pace-- Nov-Jan . While your demographic is a little younger, I was were you were, and you will sooner than you think, be where we are!
I love "a day in the life" of the locals and would love to see you interact and really get to know the locals a bit more. For example, I bet those kiwis who taught you about cockles would have been fun to get to know especially cool to hear about digging shellfish... I thought you might have some more tips on traveling in the age of covid, but these are weird times and rules, regs are changing by the minute. We plan to have our vaccination so yes -- going for the shot! (different shot!) Stay safe --cheers, from Toronto!
What is the best way to search for Air BNB! don't want low rent but would give up beach front view for a nice room/space.
Hey Guys, I would really like a great travel jacket with internal pockets. Have you guys thought of designing a really good one?
Stupid question but what breed is Pepper? I love her.
Long boat trip in England
Have you done Ouray and Telluride, CO area? Would love to see that!
Just watched your new video, Places we want to go OR places we want to see however don't feel we have enough time.. Wanting more than 10 days to go to any of these places. New Zealand? Australia? Africa? PJ & Mark.
Can we go with you PJ?
Please come back Vietnam and make some adventurous videos 😃
She's flying in & out of Florida. Our governor forced us to complete re-opening for the start of tourist season Oct 15th. That's why we had 277 covid deaths reported Jan 22 ...and why we have the most cases of covid variant in the U.S.
Do you know of any videos or websites that provide tips on languages and traveling or maybe do a video on different places and where you should know some of the language and other places where you don't need to know much?
Great video idea! We don’t quite have a specific video on the topic
I am 58 and my husband is 70. We have been married 38 years (for your demographics). We love your channel! Do what works for you and we will follow. Tim’s motorcycle ride in India was my husband’s favorite. 🙂
I just booked a trip to Honolulu for June first trip of the year since the pandemic and …hopefully everything goes OK when I go take my Covid test within 24 hours before I travel i’m flying United
Great Job! Love the Puppers(Pepper). I want to take my college kid(daughter) to some place warm in mid May. I’m thinking Figi or Bali but COVID is making it difficult. Have you seen someplace warm that has the fewest restrictions on what is required when you get there because we only have a week to 10 days? Oh, and I still want to buy a Tripped hat:~)) I told you I was going to keep asking.
Great video, I Pray who ever sees this be successful in life ❤
Where in Florida do you live? I live in Citrus County Florida. I just came upon your channel
Have you ever done Turks and Caicos??
Have you been to Machu Picchu or Jamaica?
My girlfriend is very flexible and is happy with budget flights, accommodation, and any location I may suggest. But my wife insists nothing can be below 4 stars. How do I manage this dilemma?
Hi! I went to your Amazon store after watching this Vlog. Your store shows a three bag set and when you click on it, it goes to the two bag set. Also, some of the sets says they're $15.95 for larger sets (The carryon set) and also only link to the two bag set. Do you have a three bag set (The weekender)?
You just need to change the drop down option when you are shopping ☺️
@@timandfin thank you!
nice video
What about sailing?... Ever sail anywhere? I'd like to see your experiences with sailing the Caribbean... my dream! :-)
(Stay tuned for Sunday 😉)
Love this style!! super helpfull....love that you guys are sharing both fun travel vlogs and also travel tips and tricks!!! :)!!!! Can't wait to see where ya'll go next!! xoxo
Loved this video and yes, I learned some very helpful things. Thanks for sharing!
Looks like last minute Booking the way to go
very good
good videos travel,
You're year living in Mexico was actually my fav, and I really enjoyed your bike trip around Vietnam too! Variety is cool
How about visiting Cape Town, SA
Ecuador for 3 months. Coast, mountains, Amazon. No Galapagos (overdone) Do it ! They use the US dollar !
We want to see more of " PEPPER "
I love y’all’s videos - even the talking head ones! Lol I’d be interested in seeing a trip from start to finish - the planning, researching activities, the trip itself, then getting back home and unpacked/settled, lessons learned or recap/debrief. Everyone looks for different things when planning travel and uses different tools to gather that information.
I love this idea! We're currently filming an upcoming episode this way as there's so much going into it with testing requirements and documentation with Pepper!
Did ya'll get a Bucee's tee shirt?
