Learn how to fill out W-8BEN form without errors. Normally, Non-US entities (such as private Canadian companies with no US presence) who make money with establishments in the United States are often requested to fill out the W-8BEN form in order to receive full payment.
If you submit W8Ben form, you agree that you're a non-US resident and so the establishment in the United States doesn't need to withold 30% of your income as tax.

You do not put in the country name in #2 if you are an individual. Just type in N/A.
