Can you elaborate it? I went through Google search also but didn't understand it. What does body release in that bag? Is it waste material like poop and pee or any other thing ?

Poop. Google it they tell you everything on it. But it's fecal material

This would not work at all. The intestine will not hold that balloon in like a Foley Catheter balloon works. The intestines would simply push it right back out, as they move waste. Second, it is too risky to insert things in and out of a stoma. It would tear, bleed, and create blockages. This would be a failed project from test one.
This is an example of re-inventing the wheel. We have a system for ostomy bags that works well, in various styles and types. This is un-needed for one, not well thought out, for two.
