These videos about the rebuild is gonna help me a ton. I have a 2001 warrior that needs a little rebuild, the only thing is that I'm trying to save up to buy the parts I need. Hope I can win one of the giveaway's. Good luck to everyone! Thanks!!!
Warrior is a good bike and not to hard to work on if you have any questions feel free to ask and good luck on the upcoming giveaway
@@zoomzoompartsllc if I have any questions I will ask! Thanks again!

Thanks for watching feel free to check are website and stay tuned bike is going to look sweet here soon
@@zoomzoompartsllc have your carb on it. It has been altered for better flow 🙏 can't afford to rebuild the motor at the moment
DONT squish the burger down ! Lol
had to or it would have been big meat balls but no was not aiming to make them paper thin
i did the 366, had the head ported an polished. full resonate racing exhaust, oil cooler, jetted with OEM carb, an airbox lid mod. Really no difference compared to my bone stock warrior. TBH the money i spent on performance parts from these guys didnt make it cost effective to seat of the pant feel at all. To boot the oil cooler busted, sprung a random oil leak. contacted them an they wouldnt even contact me back.
we respond to all are messages but feel free to give us a call we are here 10-4 monday-friday and we will gladly help you
@Zoom Zoom Parts LLC i left you an email an got nothing in return, with pictures on February 4th
Feel free to message us on Facebook don't want you putting your email here and I will look for the email when I'm in the office
39:00 valve adjustments happen but what is the intake and exhaust clearences?
how’d you know where too dead center was? When your turing it over does it kinda rock or lose compression? hard to explain it
There are marks you have to line up T on flywheel then line on cam. If you message us on Facebook, we can show you pictures and also line it up without a spark plugin or yes, the compression will make it harder
Would u happen to have any recomendations for stock cylinder and stock but reliable piston? Need to rebuild my top end and dont wanna cheap out but dont really have the means to go all out so mid range would be perfect
I have always just done 366 big bore after stock piston, so I don't have a recommendation aside from stock, but I have had luck with Amazon kits on other bikes as long as you take the time to do it right. A side note I run the big bore on my home warrior without the oil cooler. Even though I recommend an oil cooler ever for a stock bike, hopefully, this help and any more questions feel free to ask
@@zoomzoompartsllc just ordered the niche cylinder and niche piston, had good luck with niche in the past. Reason i didnt wanna buy the big bore is because i dont know if thats the only cause of it not starting i was riding and all of a sudden it slowly died on me until it stalled since then turns over but no spark at the start i tought it was maybe not getting enough compression so i changed to a wiseco piston and still the same then i noticed a small heat wrap in my cylinder that when i e start air and gas shoot out of it so im guessing the whole cylinder is the problem. If u have any recomendations feel free to lmk would help lots
Feel free to message us on Facebook or give us a call. If it is cranking slow, your starter could be on its way out. The no spark could be a few things but not the cylinder. If you call, you can ask for David. I'll be more than happy to run through a few things to check and make sure you get the right thing to get you going
I already have the cylinder kit but now that I'm trying to install it and I'm watching the video I realize that the rocker arms that you use in the video are different from mine. Tell me where can I buy them? 😂 😅😅
You don't have to use the same arms as we did you can use your oem
@@zoomzoompartsllc Yes I understand that perfectly but I want those in the video since they have a rotor or bearing in the part that makes contact with the camshaft, it is much better and I am interested in getting them
Sorry for the late reply just seen you responded feel free to give us a call at the shop or email us and we can point you to them
Does a oem head fit the big boar jug?
You guys are hilarious, love it. Where would you recommend getting a cylinder head
Are you looking for a bare head or complete head with valves and arms in it
@@zoomzoompartsllc a bare head
@@nicodemus3558 give us a call! 810 664 7260. we have bare heads in stock port and polished ready to go!
Hey guys what is the valve adjustment for intake and exhaust please. I ordered it from yall 8 months ago and tge shop who built it never got it right believe it or not. Help a brother out 😊
For stock cam I go .08mm intake and .18mm exhaust for other cams you would want to see what maker says
what is that orange enamel paint they used ?
Was all powder coated don't remember the color name
Trevors info is in the description above
We forgot to mention it in the video, but dont forget the o-ring for the cylinder base.
What o ring
@@davidstoner27 the one you keep forgetting, haha
