- With Netflix dedicating a series on Queen Charlotte herself, let's see in this video the recreated the portraits of Queen Charlotte's Family! Including her Grandparents, Father, Mother, Sisters and Brothers. I use my photoshop skills to recreate each portrait to show how each family member might have looked in real life back in history. As always. I also talk a little about them to give you an idea of who their were. I also recreated an unseen portrait of Queen Charlotte into real life.

Wow, you think they don’t look that great but then you put a smile on them and they look so nice. What a difference . Thank you, really good 🙏🙏👵🇦🇺
People, get it through your head. The Netflix show is a FANTASY. People are getting worked up over a fictitious show. A show that states it's fictitious at the beginning of the series.
Anyway, if Queen Charlotte's brother Charles looked like that, he was unusually hot for his time.
This is why I don't get the complaints about it. It's not even trying to pretend to be a documentary, literally historical fiction. Now, the Cleopatra complaints have merit because it's trying to claim reality
A "fantasy" based upon an actual historical figure. Nice try. Blackwashing at its finest.
Fantasy has bonds to context
You can't shows machine guns at Waterloo only because you made Napoleon a zombie slayer
Queen Charlotte is was a real person, theyre telling a real story. Sure the world of bridgerton is fiction, but theyre tying in non-fiction. Thats why some are upset maybe
I agree. And I agree that Charles was very handsome, and actually, so was her dad. He and Charles look quite similar.
How about a profile of Peter the Great of Russia. There are several paintings of him at different stages of his life.
How are you explaining that Germanys produced black people. How did this occur? You are continuing to fuel m8seducation.
I’ve been waiting for this one!
Not many people know that she had a big family before she made one with King George.
Insight into the portrait artists preliminary drawings maybe provide a good sense of what the person looked like and held their weight.
I'm new to your channel! Thank you! Good job.🎉😊
Karoline, Elizabeth, Sophie - all died before their 1st birthday. Gotthelf died 2 days after his first birthday. That's why there are no portraits of them. Charlotte married on 8 Sept 1761, but were engaged in July 1761. Apparently, Christiane had met John Ker shortly before this in 1761. It might have been nice for George and Charlotte to wait for their engagement announcement, Christiane and John have a quick engagement and marriage then George and Charlotte marry afterwards, avoiding the protocol issues. I mean, after all, how can you be expected to find a King or better?
It so amazing where during a time that most of us would think marriage was demanded of offsprings that so many did not. I hate that all of them wore those darn white wigs and hiding their true hair and I would think that would be bad for the health of the scalp. It seem that Charlotte came with sibling that were very handsome and some looks of exotic flair.
Who’s line did the grand duchy pass through?
So her African heritage is thx to Netflix?
Yeah, even if she did have an African ancestor, it’s estimated to be so far back in her lineage that it would hardly make any difference in her appearance.
Why would anyone look at a Netflix show for truth? That's just weird.
Could you please do a video on Georgiana Cavendish Duchess of Devonshire, from the movie “the duchess”? TIA x

@@MortalFaces awesome thank you 🙏
Anunnaki's face
Buddha's face , please
Imagine having to kill your brother in order to be king, I could definitely do it
😅
I could see Prince Harry as one of those disgruntled Dukes challenging for the throne.
The Ottoman Empire enacted that rule so that the king could have absolute power without fear of his brother usurping the throne. Very interesting history those Ottomans have.
One king had to dispose of 19 brothers. His reign began with 19 caskets leaving Topkapi palace in succession. ⚰️😢
Wittelsbach or Plantagenet please.
Here is the Wittelsbach Family Tree: czcams.com/video/ln3NpEUNCCI/video.html
@@MortalFaces thank you so much!
Qween Charlotte was BLACK!......Cause some random's grandma told me so...
XD
In all seriousness. Another good video.
Surprised a lot of these folks seemed to be good-looking. Was there little to no inbreeding or the artist's making them look better than they actually were?
Funny how British royalty never wanted anyone to know of their German heritage. Hmmm.
I just don’t understand why if she was part black that would be such an issue
If it were true, it’s not. But it isn’t true.
Were any of her ancestors from the previous, like, five generations actually black?
They weren't actually black.
All the comments under this video will be referencing that horrid Netflix show.
Actually, no. Only two saying the show is fantasy. The rest refer to other things.
That show was so dumb. I am baffled why people like it. Also, why someone would take fiction as truth?
@@Moi_81 There are people who do, believe it or not.
They tell you in the beginning that it isn’t a history lesson. But I could imagine why why people would be so upset.😂
No, I insist every fantasy pushed by Netflix is 100% factual... So which ancestors were from Ghana?
neither! and none of the nonsense Netflix has given about her ancestors is true.
It'd fantasy calm down.
@altinaykor364 no shit. It states it's fictitious at the beginning of the show.
@@DesertBirdie and yet the one who has wrote this comment, insist on it being non-fiction, despite this video proving otherwise
@@altinaykor364 I think it was sarcasm. At least I certainly hope so!
I don’t see where Charlotte’s black heritage shows in your family tree diagram.
Because she had none.
