Video request- Broken Indian healthcare system
As a young healthcare professional, I can attest to the vast disillusionment in the current generation of graduating Indian doctors. The public healthcare system is inhospitable and the corporate healthcare is squid-games level predatory. Doctor-patient trust is badly fractured. The incidence of doctor burn-out, suicides and mental health issues are at an all time high. The ultimate victim eventually is the common man.
I face these issues after finishing 13 years of medical training from the best medical schools. Unfortunately, like a lot of my colleagues, I am forced to explore options to migrate to a western healthcare system, not for better opportunities or money, but probably as a last-ditch thriving effort.
I respect your research methodology and impartial factual presentation. Hence, I humbly implore you to present your take on this issue.🙏

(Majority ppl upper middle class PPL). The amount of rice and roti PPL eat is actually more than vegetables or side dishes . Then indians love sugary drinks like milk tea and sweets . Also eating timing and stress causes pot bellies in men and women from late 20's onwards. Many PPL do not walk 5 kms every single day ! Chinese people use filters to make themselves look longer or by making their legs look longer than usual. It's kind of sad if you ask me.

I don't feel it in my region tho.
I see the heights of younger generations to be more than the last generation and them being taller than the previous generation.
I know as people grow older, their posture and other factors in decreasing of the height. I'm aware of that and I'm talking about the peak heights of the individuals.
I'm an average 5'9" guy and a 90's kid. Back in the day, I could consider myself taller than 8 people out of 10 people I met.
Now the younger siblings and people who are at19-20s mostly seemed to be around of the height if not more.

  • @ruatapachuauruatapachuau9116

As a Mizo-Lusei from Mizoram North East India. I say we Mizo are growing a little bit taller or a little bit shorter. It is hard to describe. 😂😂. Our Sailo Chief Lallula Sailo height was about 6 feet and the average height his descendants height is about 5'9/5'11 feet. Some of us, who ate healthy food have grown really tall and some of us who ate normal food average height is 5'5 or 5'8 feet. 😅😅

Also, the ration system of India focuses on providing extremely carbohydrate or protein-rich food like rice and pulses. The quality of these are terrible. Focus should be on a nutrient rich (vitamins and minerals) diet, balanced mostly.

Anika Singh only if it is balanced and cooked just enough. Most of our dishes end up overcooking our nutrition sources. A lot of nutrients are lost in cooking.
