And this is the question; for instance I play the DV 2019 and like we know the result will be out by June 6th 2020, but at the time of the DV application entry I was in third year in the University waiting to be promoted to Final year and as such I only put high school diploma as a qualification and upon waiting for the result to come out I got promoted to Final Year and have taken my first semester exam and now on my internship and dissertation, when filling the the form after wining can I now include the Degree as a qualification instead of the high school diploma and present the statement of result or attestation at the embassy during the time of interview?
