APPLICATION FORM DS-260
Complete form DS-260 Online Immigrant Visa Application. To access DS-260, you will need to enter your DV visa case number. A separate form is required for each visa applicant.
After submitting Form DS-260 online, you must print the confirmation page and bring it to your interview. You can access and print the confirmation page any time after you complete your DS-260
application.
You can read more about the form and how to complete it on the U.S. Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov.
Important note:
If your family circumstances have changed after you entered the lottery, for example, if you have gotten married or had a child, you will need to add your new family members to your case.
(“Family member” refers to a spouse and/or unmarried children who had not reached age 21 before you entered the lottery.)
If you had a spouse or children prior to submitting your original entry, but you did not include them on your original entry form, then your case will be disqualified at the time of your visa interview. Neither you, nor any of your family members will receive visas. For more information, see the DV Instructions.

Thanks ever so much for enlighten me on dv interview and the supporting documents needed for the interview. I had won 2022 dv and had filled in my DS- 260 form. However, l also received my confirmation from Kcc and I am waiting to hear from them when for the interview. I am extremely excited you have made me to understand what to do before the interview day.

Dear Ernest, I am grateful for this video. But I think that 5:56 there is a small mistake - regarding the police clearance, on the link you provided in the description of the video, it says that we don't need police clearance from the country where we used to live in the past for less than 1 year- (in video you said 6 months), after our age of 16. Did I got right?

Please I want to ask... should I still get the police clearance here in Qatar while I didn't add to my kcc forms? And I was in UAE before I came to Qatar. Will I still need UAE and QATAR police clearance forms please. 🙏🙏🙏

he said you only need a police clearance for countries you have live for 6 Months or more( Not travel or visited). so if you have live in that country for 6 months within the last 5 years you will have to get a police clearance.
