For this area and city the prices have continued to hold steady and go up slow and steady. 🏠 But good news is that the builders are providing some great incentives and credits to help cover some of the closing costs and even buy down mortgage rates to help you have a lower rate on the home! @@LIVING_IN_ARIZONA I’ll still disagree, this is the opposite of what all the experts are saying EXCEPT real estate agents who are biased in the market because they know buyers are fleeing. Everyone thinking about buying, hold on for dear life as the market will correct and real estate agents will go back to working at Chuck-fil-A
@@WildOutWest1911 Appreciate your view, and yes it's true that many real estate professionals can be biased in this area. Looking at the objective numbers and market data for this and other areas around the Pheonix metro, it shows prices holding steady and slow increasing in some areas. But you are right that other areas are seeing some prices decline slightly due to the higher interest rates. The market goes up and down in cycles and while it is impossible to predict with 100% certainty, we are using the data we have to keep people informed and updated as best we can 😊

Prices are trending downward not up, that’s a fallacy
