For this particular video, I would definitely glue in some dowels into those screw holes on the arm rests. Water/moisture will pool there and cause rust otherwise.
It's a nice strong and simple design but there's a whole bunch of other places to get plans for adriondack chairs...

Very similar to the chairs i make, but I made pull out leg rest from under the seat. And none of the screws can be seen becuase I plug all holes. But very nice and will last a lifetime

I’ve been playing with Sketchup since finding this video yesterday. I’ve been trying to guess the dimensions of your build using images and the info you provided. You can do it with very minimal tools. If you don’t have a table saw, then use a circular saw.

Should be fine as I’ve made other outdoor furniture using the same style build with the same stain and sealer and they’re great. I think it’s been 2 years on a bench that I did like this and it’s perfect. I’m using deck stain and sealer and it seems to work awesome

Hi Jim! I absolutely love it and you’re right. It’s a one-time tool offered by them. So, unfortunately it’s not available but you should email them and ask if they have one or two in the warehouse. I’ve tried this before with them and it worked.

I'm curious. What is the purpose of making this video, enticing your viewers with the promise of plans then ignoring all of these requests from persons willing to pay for them? I was able to make the plans based on the video and a very confusing explanation on a HOME DEPOT page which highlighted this build. If you've decided not to share your plans- you should simply delete the video. Frustrating developing woodworkers is what you've accomplished.
Hi, I apologize for the delayed plans, these plans have been delayed because I had these plans completed which took several days with the amount of detail that I put into it and my computer crashed. Took me several weeks working with tech companies trying to salvage my computer and all my software, plans etc and the conclusion is that it’s all lost forever. So I had to begin again from scratch and I’ve been too busy unfortunately to get them complete. Again, I apologize for the massive delay but my type of plans take considerable time of which I just haven’t been able to get back too. Believe me, I’m trying to but I don’t have time to just sit behind the computer for several days…. I’m a father, a husband, and one man show woodworker trying to keep everything going. And as much as I love to juggle everything, unfortunately I drop a few things! Not on purpose, but because I’m a human trying to figure this out. My CZcams channel is small and it’s not like all of these other woodworkers that get paid HUGE bucks from youtube and they have content helpers, assistants and videographers helping them everyday. So…. Please bare with me as I’m doing the best that I can do 👍
