    This was very encouraging for me. I saw your 2-week video and I am going through a similar thing where my sight got a lot blurrier after 9-10 days or so. Right now my left eye is definitely seeing double and my right eye is just somewhat blurry. Its been very difficult for me to read and write even if I can, which cause my projects to get stalled.

    On my 14th day of recovery! light Starbursts aren't as bad as they were a week ago.. Still a little bit blurry at times but bot too bad.. Some colors are very sharp tho. Kinda blurry trying to read somehing over 15 ft when the background gives a lot of contrast (like white backg. and black letters).. more confident than yesterday but it still worries me a little since you don't know (or won't know) the result after a couple of months...

    Awesome!!! That's great news!! Really glad it has turned out well. Am thinking to also to go for eye surgery, as my eye sight is really not that great at all. ;( and I know that with the prk surgery the healing process will be a little longer. And also thanks for the computer tip. Lol. I use double screen computer at work. So am a bit dubious as to how that will come into play too. Thanks for the update video!! ☺️🙏

    Hi! I just got PRK done the second week of March and I'm about to reach my 1 month mark on 15 April. I wanted to ask you if the same thing happens to you-- when I'm reading something at close range (like a book or my phone), when I look at something farther, it's really blurry. My doctor says I need to practice my eye muscles for focussing close range and far. Are you experiencing something similar?

    • @sharonopolis
      @sharonopolis  Před 8 lety +4

      I did have some issues with closeness and farness for a little bit. My doctor said that after PRK, for a bit you can develop an astigmatism. It did go away though. I would give it some more time for your eyes to heal and get used to everything. I wouldn't be too concerned. Now I don't have any problems with my phone and books and I can read street signs even if it's super far away in the dark. So just wait it out. Hope everything goes well!
