80 pilots? Are you crazy? That's a massive error.
All aircraft, including the two that serve as Air Force One, are housed and maintained at Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles southeast of the White House. The "wing" employs 80 pilots and 89 flight attendants who are "handpicked" from the greater Air Force employee pool. Certainly, the entire AIR FORCE SPECIAL SERVICES "WING" of 80 pilots will not be assigned "en masse" to a single flight detail for the President.
I have no idea why it is you're telling me this. I'm well aware of where Andrews is; I am perfectly well aware of the staffing burden related to the air wing. I am also perfectly well aware that Air Force One does not now, nor has it ever had, 80 pilots assigned to it. I am also aware that some people like to make videos in which they put on display their inability to read for comprehension.
The entire organization has many pilots; only a few of them fly what most people think of as Air Force One. it's a callsign, not an actual aircraft, but most people consider it the two 747s. Those pilots are no more assigned 'en masse' to pilot those aircraft than they are rotated through to pilot those aircraft because most of them are qualified on other types of aircraft.
They absolutely do not have a rotation where one month they fly a helicopter and the next month they're on the 747 and then the month after that on Galaxy, and then 757, and then the Gulfstream. The 80 assigned pilots refers to the whole executive flight mission group.
A lot of people read that the wing has 80 pilots and somehow in their tiny little minds that gets translated to there are 80 pilots who fly Air Force One. There are typically only 8 pilots assigned to fly the President. The 72 other pilots handle the Vice President, cabinet level executive, and certain congressional delegation (CODEL) flights.
One has to be pretty thick, drunk or high to believe that there are 80 pilots assigned to fly the President. 'yeah, man, we like totally have two flight crews per mission, man. That's like four pilots - one team each way, yo. *bong hit* So, like, we have two working crews to fly the mission and 38 relief crews on standby. Just in case we might have 76 pilots call in sick one day.'
It's just utterly preposterous and I have no idea how anyone could be dumb enough to think that the US military keeps almost a hundred 747 pilots assigned to a unit who fly only person on only one of two identical planes.
Just to be clear, Air Force One travels with four pilots per trip. That's two pilots and their relief pilots. If you believe that Air Force One really has 80 pilots assigned to it, then you'd have to believe that the US military has decided that most of its pilots will fly exactly one half of one mission per year. In order for each pilot to have a chance to fly one complete roundtrip, Air Force One would have to fly 40 missions per year; it almost never does.
Last year, for example, it flew 29 missions. There's no pilot who would take such an assignment, and the military would never let a pilot who flies one flight year fly the President because it's not possible to maintain proficiency on the aircraft flying once a year. Even less of a chance when it's more than a year between flights for a quarter of its pilots.

The AIR FORCE PILOTS qualified to fly the president (on a rotating basis) are part of the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG). This group operates from within the 89th Airlift Wing. The 89th "Airlift Wing" consists of over 1,100 personnel, of which there are 80 pilots and 89 flight attendants assigned to the PAG and used to transport THE POTUS, as well as members of congress and other VIPs. The number "80" you keep complaining about represents the total number of specially selected and qualified AIR FORCE PILOTS within the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG). Typically when flying a Boeing 747, a minimum of three (3) pilots will "fill" any assignment given to the PAG. @@integralmath
