Just got back from Mombasa we took the first class late night train and I’ve never ever seen such terrible customer service in my entire life!!!!! We decided to travel by train because I wanted to have an experience and oh my what an experience I’ll never recommend it to anyone ever!!!! From the moment we got to the Mombasa terminus from the security to the entire journey….. most horrible experience ever!!! Really unprofessional and really really rude I was shocked at the level of stupidity

The Mombasa terminus looks very clean and well maintained. I would have thought that it would be busier than it seems to be. I really like your background music and video editing, well done. The train interior looks quite clean and tidy. Shame about the young man who thought it was acceptable to stand on the seat to put away his bags, I personally would have said something to him. People have to sit on those seats 😞
