- In this video we show you the two step process to taking over new land in Manor Lords. First, you must submit your claim and then either wait for the time to expire or win the battle.
Then, you must construct a settlement to allow you to build in your new region.

People who play games like this scare me, youre so focused on efficiency aesthetics go out the window
I just like to build good looking easthic villages without any efficiency in mind.. just the basic atirage near markets and keep distance in mind.
For the rest just build beautiful.
Unfortunatly every viseo out there is about peak efficiency, like most people focus on nowadays.. in a single player game..
The scariest are the people who can manage to do both... makes you wonder if they either are an architect/contractor that does it for a living or if they should do it for a living lol
Been enjoying the game quite a bit, I made a pretty cool looking diamond shaped city of 120 families and pulled this up to see if I was missing anything before I tried to claim new land.

The illegitimate baron was claiming one of my neighboring regions. One of the only ones with a rich iron deposit. I was planning to challenge his claim and fight him for it, but when i left the PC and started the game up later, the option to challenge his claim completely disappeared. I think this is a bug, somehow the option to challenge his claim disappears when you leave and restart the save game.
I took over a region but after building some basic buildings I could no longer switch back to my first region... I reloaded a save, took over the region again and after a short while I could no longer switch back to my first one. Is this normal? I mean, pressing "T" should work, right? When I zoom out on the map and hover my old region it shows the icons to "claim" my old land so it's like I'm no longer in control of this region which is weird.
No way it's a diffrent currency 😂I was so confused why I Couldent claim my next region. Are the symbols the same??? I gotta check it out tomorow
How can I rapidly build my army up. I get a few hours into the game and I get wiped out by bandits every time
Build armorers, blacksmiths and get more people. You can from militia units. Also get a dude to make shields.
@@loose3329 ok great. Also I can’t figure out how to get guys to use the swords and axes in militia . There’s only pole swords and spears as options outside of bowman and retinue . Thx
@@bulletpretzels1198 swords/axes are the sidearms that you build in blacksmith that have a picture of a sword. honestly you only need spears and longshields since they are good enough and fast to produce. you can build the sidearms later on the game if you want.
I go into the neighboring region and theres nothing there to take over or even fight. And I can't place a settler camp because it says region not owned.
U need to zoom out.. click claim territory n wait until they send army (or not) and wait until.timer goes off..
If u didn't do that, simply moving armies in their tertitory just wont work
People disappeared from my new territory. I started to build and suddenly my workers went away. Anyone else have that problem?
How do i claim a claimed region? The enemy has claimed everything. Have i lost already and the game just didn’t tell me?

@@wesanator100 apparently your influence gets rounded. So it displayed 2000 while it actually was slightly lower. Cause i changed nothing and suddenly it worked. Prepare for the last battle. It’s hard!
Same boat. By the time I have a decent sized militia and enough influence, the baron has already claimed the whole map (which means I need 2x the influence if it's already claimed). seems very unbalanced. I finally tried to claim and influenced region, and his army was like 2-3x my size/strength and I got absolutely rolled. Again, it seems unbalanced how fast the opposing ai can get so strong so fast.
@@JablesMcDrumsterDon’t bother. I was unable to claim the last region because after you win, the game says you lost. I strengthened my army for 10 hours for nothing.
@@JablesMcDrumster what u need to do is use the 20 weapons and 20 shields u get from the start and have 20 men (15 could work), and take out at least one bandit camp and take the resources to treasury. you could use the treasury money to hire the 45 or 60 coin mercenaries to take out more bandit camps as they spawn (take the resources to treasury ofc). thus allowing u to claim regions before the other.
Spend your wealth on mercenaries I gather 90+ soldiers from 140 coins out my treasury and win most times

You need to create a settler camp under the administration menu. Assuming you have claimed a region just place the new camp a claimed region.
