Hey! 🎉!
Don't worry about the pain, it lasted only 1-2 weeks for me at the first growth spur. After that it grows more slowly and without pain. Baggy jeans and loose underwear are a good idea. Also , if you are dysphoric about it, I suggest to take a look at it once the pain is gone, it really changes alot! It's definitely male looking, it alleviated alot of my dysphoria. Turns out I like my little goomba now 🤗, it looks more "normal" .

I actually find it easier to sing higher using falsetto than I ever did pre t just trying to do a normal soprano range so if I tried I could sing just as high and maybe higher 👍
