I do want to learn grappling someday but I also want to learn striking first. Besides punching bags and similar bags for boxing, Muay Thai, etc. what's the SMARTY for striking (esp if you don't have irl people to spar in your area)?

It may stay in the turtle position but it has no balance. The thing I see immediately is it's arms are like arms. Idk I guess let me think about it...
