I just started with my norsk and I have seen some of the words you are using are different of those on my ordbok. It's possible that the difference is between the bookmal and the sponen language?

At times it sounds like you're completely skipping words like 0:45 i can't hear the 'bli' at all. Is this normal?
it just seams he's reduced the word "bli" to just a soft /b/. almost all natives in all languages would do this.
like in English "I'm going to" in: "I'm going to go to the shops" would sound like /ˈæmə gəʊ tə ðə ʃɒps/

That means the sentence says either:
“How stands the to?”
or
“How stands the for?”
How can this possibly mean “How’s it going?”
