This video compares the QTV version of the original BBC broadcast of Queen's Christmas 1975 concert in Hammersmith Odeon with the new official release "A Night At The Odeon".
I hope that future official releases are better quality. In particular, the bass guitar was far too quiet in "A Night At The Odeon". Bootleg audio shouldn't sound better than the official release, but in this case - it does. The Westwood One audio is amazing and how the official release should have sounded.
james if you listen to the original soundboard of tutti frutti from the saturday night show at wembley in 86 the bass on it is fantastic, its loud, punchy and aggresive but on the official release is very muted, look out for the bit where john wanders across to brians side of the stage, that is the bit that is most noticeable, such a shame they felt they needed to dumb deac's down a bit 👑✊🇬🇧

Why they skipped introduction of the band on the official release? always something is not right with Queen official releases.
