- Watch the complete Solar Eclipse from multiple locations across the United States. Solar eclipses don't last long, but the sudden moments of darkness still change what we experience here on Earth - from subtle weather effects to bigger ones in a power grid that's taking more and more advantage of sunlight.

Jeremiah Kingman close one eye and see if you see spots, when totally covered it can't make you blind but if you looked up partial without glasses it's like looking at the sun on any day when you look away you'll see a dark spot in your vision, I looked with my right eye covered and squinted they my left and partially shielded with my hand and only looked up and glanced a few times, and when I looked back down at the grass with both eyes it looked normal lush green and when I looked with my right eye it looked lush normal green, but when I looked with my left eye it's like I was color blind and right where I focused the g grass looked brown or burnished red, but in my peripheral it looked green, so right in center was big brown spot of bright green grass, when I opened my right eye it appeared normal again, it took about 30 minutes for my vision to return to normal in my left eye, but for that 30 minutes I was really worried I had done some serious damage to my eye, it's red and irritated , SO I WOULDN'T SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO EVER LOOK AT THE SUN WITH BARE EYES, ECLIPSE OR NO ECLIPSE !!!
Jeremiah Kingman It seems to have done something to your ability to spell.
