Thanks to my family for giving me the confidence to follow my dreams. This is an incredible version and I dedicate it to everyone no longer with me on my journey but we know they’re still free birds waiting for us all to join them on their never ending journeys.
Never seen anything like it. Walking around the auditorium whilst playing and not a note out of place. Exceptional.
All you younger generations out there, pay attention. THIS is how rock and roll is supposed to be done. No autotune, no fancy dance choreography, no lip sync. Just musicians getting on stage and doing what they do best, play music.

I was in a bar in BC back 30 years ago , there was a guy playing this song and the people were taking up collections for this guy to play it over and over,(on his guitar) he played this no less than 10 times. He was real good. Damn I miss that day. I payed over $40.00 in donations. It was worth every dollar.

Having seen Skynyrd in concert with Ronnie singing, I never thought anyone but them could ever do justice to this song, I was wrong! You gals & guys ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT!!! Thank you!!!
I’ve seen Johnnie twice, and he does tribute to his brother very well.
Saw Lynard Skynard at Knebworth in 1976. The were so good that the audience booed the Rolling Stones when they came on because they started doing a 'Ok, lets just get this over with' performance.
The duelling guitars for this song still gives me the shivers. Awesome! Such a loss to the world of music.
If anyone ever wanted to see what it looks like when a band REALLY love playing a song..... Here it is! Another terrific cover, that's as good as the original. Well played guys!
pump the brakes.... not even close to as good as the original. I have seen skynyrd twice (new skynyrd) and it was still better.
Except for the vocals (there's only ONE Ronnie) this performance's truly amazing. Great musicians with amazing talent.

I've seen a few of the Classis Rock Show performances and they have done some amazing covers of Meat Loaf and Status Quo tracks but this is totally unbelievable, This band should be in the Rock N Roll hall of fame.....

As a young adult in the 70's, I thought I'd never wish to hear Free Bird again in my lifetime.
But the beauty and purity of these two great vocalists and the laudable musicianship of every single one of these artists makes this tired old song a whole new thing.

I am loving the guitarist's 'walkabout' at around 5:00 minutes. All awesome stuff and a great rendition of a classic.
ZZ top cover band did that in our local rock club the yardbirds in Grimsby a couple of years back when they went walk about and ended up behind the bar pulling themselves a pint each while still playing.Classic.

Best. Cover band. Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the Rock and Hall of Fame started to induct cover bands, the Classic Rock Show would definitely be the first ones to go in. Why? For the simple reason that they respect the original songs!!!!!!
