One of the parts of the program I run is the Transitional Living Skills (TLS) group - a therapy group in which each week we meet and process feelings/talk about skills needed as they grow into young adults that will be living on their own. We talk about things like healthy boundaries, peer pressure, perceiving others' intentions, relationships, among others. I'm going to be starting on a module that centers around effective and healthy communication, since many of them have cognitive and behavioral deficits that inhibit their communication. I think I'll start my communication module with this video :) They will love this! it'll be a good way to start the topic! :)
