- On this episode of Murphys Diesel follow us around as we get our Off Road Wrecker HELLBOY ready for the dirt Expo. Wrecker Rick, Heavy T, Hot Rod, De Niro and Mark all spent long days/nights trying to get this beast ready! We had to be at the Expo by 8pm and make it there with just 10 minutes to spare. We spent 2 days at this Expo and Hellboy was parked right in the very front sitting inside the KC HiLiTES booth. A lot of people stopped to check it out and asked a lot of questions! Big Shout Out to KC HiLiTES for letting us park our Off Road Wrecker in your booth!

Just one man's opinion. I appreciate all of the off road wreckers, but I am a bit worn out with patina and rust finishes. Nice to see something shiny.

The only purpose behind heavy D is to feed his oversize ego & half of every video is sponsored advertising. Heavy D doesn't build anything for long-term usage, he's only out to feed his oversized ego, spend 20 minutes of a thirty minute video on sponsors, then stoke his oversized ego more! His only purpose is making money off sponsors & feeding his ego.
I put my money on Murphys any day,I would definitely bet on Murphys actually lasting longer.

Rick you should so get those Hideaway step bars but instead of the normal one step, go get the electric steps off of a RV or toy hauler. You open the side door and two steps or three steps drop down. I think it would be bad ass. And probably very useful.Lol

Reminds me of the time Rowdy Wheeler single handedly installed an Allison. Had the transmission balanced on his shoulder, wrenching the bolts in, as he rolled a homemade with his left hand - sparking it with a wooden match on his coverall leg. Good times.

Used to be Precision Transmission. There was a feud btw the son and Richard I here. But Richard has people driving from all over the US for transmission work. He has forgot what most never knew in my opinion. I think it’s may be Richard and Teresa teaching transmission now? But the man is so honest and your transmission will hold up. Like I said, people has drove from Alaska, Cali, Pennsylvania etc for him to do their transmission. Good luck! Ronnie, East Tennessee

I wasn't sure who was harassing you Hotrod, but I'm fairly experienced in welding and I can tell you are laying a perfect bead, with just the right heat just by the sound some one who can handle an arc torch like that , man you must be awesome.

I will pit Matts off road wrecker against this all day long! There is such a thing as being to big to be functional! Still looks bad ass none the less! Love your idea of a hydraulics boom, there is nothing you wont be able to lift with that beast!

Another awesome video. I like the jack. I know 2 people who used farm jack one died of blood clots the other broke jaw. Because of handle kick back.

We had a problem at Easter Jeep Safari last year and the folks from Thor's Lightning helped us out too. We ended up buying their hose kit for one Jeep, and then found that the connectors didn't fit well on the Mopar beadlock wheels. They sent us new ones at no charge. Can't recommend them enough.

Wrecker Rick, now you need a sponsorship for work gloves.
The truck looks good. The Axletech axles should handle the torque of off roading with the huge tires.
Allison also makes a transmission called the 3060PT that has an integral transfer case. She's a big girl, but gets rid of a drive shaft. Don't know how much articulation it would take for the front axle, but it's worth a look. A 3000 series Allison is considerably larger that a 2000 Allison.
