250 Gallon Offset Smoker | Walk around and overview

The first part of this video was actually shot as a real that’s why it’s a little bit funky! If you don’t like the music, just turn it down😂. This was the smoker that I had prepared to do a raffle on and then somebody may be an offer to buy, so I went ahead and just sold it to him. Between pop-ups, cooking and just life in general this one took me a while to finally get done and out the door. Delivery is Sunday.

Really nice man! Do you spray high temp clear on the fire box too? Also what brand please?

I get the high temp gloss clear from any auto parts store that’s rated at 600°. It will only work on an insulated firebox. My first smoker I built myself wasn’t insulated and it just burned right off. So in that instance I just used linseed oil on it.
