It may also mean that you have a pituitary disorder or polycystic ovary syndrome. Low levels of LH may mean you have a pituitary disorder, anorexia, malnutrition, or are under stress.

I’ve an under active thyroid but treated on thyroxine. My levels are stable and euthyroid. Would this still screw up my LH if my under active thyroid is medicated?
I’ve just had a test that came back with elevated LH. total and free testosterone were normal but they were low side of normal (39 yr Male). A previous check a month before I had low- normal total testosterone but low free testosterone. The doctors notes said my latest tests show normal testosterone but as LH is elevated it MAY be because I’m not producing enough testosterone. I have had a range of symptoms for 20 months
