- It is a very blessed day here in the outdoors. After leaving my traps out for one night I had a good deal of success and will now be staying well fed for the remainder of my wilderness living trip.
Now the real work begins in processing meat and fur. Stay tuned! Thank you to everyone who watches. - Zábava
Nice! Hopefully, you will do a vid showing how you process those beavers. I'd love to try beaver meat some day. I'm curious as to how it tastes.
The calm you bring to your videos is magical🔥🫶🏻
I think I expected the traps to be cruel-I guess I have an old-fashioned “claw” trap image stick in my head where they’re stuck with an injured limb. These look pretty quick, and I can respect that.
Quite amazed by how that giant looking beaver is only average sized.
I haven't seen beavers that big ever!
Congratulations on your catch as well!
I'm not a woodsman but I'm fascinated by all the different aspect of bushcraft, hunting and trapping. I really appreciate the humane ways of trapping and the stewardship of the environment. I look forward to more!
I could not help but to remember Leslie Nielsen's "Nice Beaver" scene from Naked Gun. LOL.
Fresh meat for camp! Great job my friend 🤠
Awesome, that's a 2 pipe and a bourbon celebration!!!
Cheers! 🥃🥃🦫🦫
Exciting! I'm looking forward to seeing how you prepare those beavers.
Congrats on the trapping success! Understand how important a good trapping session was to you, in terms of food supply on this trip. Will be interesting to see how much of the processing you can show on CZcams. It takes a lot of skill and care when you are trying to preserve the pelts to the highest quality, as well as how much of meat you get out of them.
Not too bad at all. Cheers, and God Bless! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️🇨🇦
The Beaver Song! A noble creature 😁
Great catch! You are blessed! Anxious to see you process them.
Very Well Done!!!! Congratulations
Congrats on the catched Ryley!
Well, respect that you can do such things and that you can hunt. In my country I don't have such opportunities, although I am most interested in trappers' chewing
Nice morning, congrats
Great job, man!
Nice ! Thanks Ryley 👍
Great video
Very good job! Keep up the good work………
Nice one good skills mate.👍🏻
Here in Tennessee back in the 70s. Trapping is how I bought my school clothes. A gray fox was 50 a Red fox was 75 and a muskrat was five bucks. I miss those days young man . LOL 🤣
Not a bad haul for your first sets.
Nice to see some good old trapping! Sadly trapping isn't legal where I come from (germany), so your videos on this topic are really educating me quite a bit.
Very nice catch my friend..
Congrats On the beavers, being self sustaining is not easy and we are very humbled and grateful for bounty’s from nature! Too many are decades if not centuries removed from this. They only know“ food comes from the grocery store” it’s very hard for them to process that these days. I guess it’s true that to topple a society one needs to control education and news sources of information!
Nice job!
Will you do a video showing how you cook the beaver?
mindblown that people are put off by trapping content on a bushcraft channel. hopefully they can understand these are far better deaths than they could've expected from wolves or tularemia
"Ohhhhh, snap!" - Beaver trap
Cool.
Fortunately you didn't catch a Otter or couldn't that happen?
Congratulations on your trapping success!
Do you eat the tail?
Two beavers in one night... Definitely lucky! ;)
that is a good day. Now the work begins!
Congrats man! Nice trap set. 👍
Yummy lol
What a great first day of beaver checks! Nice job. Looking forward to your winter trapping adventures for lynx, marten, coyotes and wolves. No snow yet?
Cooking video next????
nice beaver!
Congrats. I would think that those two beavers should provide a good amount of food. I'm curious to see what you will do with the pelts.
Good job. Beautiful pelts for sure. I have never eaten beaver, living in Louisiana I can't imagine why. We eat pretty much anything but I understand the backstrap is awesome.
I knew those sets looked productive bro, good job. Hope the next video of processing doesn't get the heave ho, You know YT! Thanks for the work bringing us along, nice video, well done.
Rodents are edible?
wait longer and post longer videos
Was that necessary to kill them? Were they destroying something?
He is harvesting them for food. And keeping their numbers stable is good for the environment.
You know I have been all for hunting and fishing. As long as you truly need the food. I have family of hunters. Been raised around it all. But for some reason I didn’t like this video. Sorry. I think Beavers are amazing animals. I have never see someone trap one before. So that could play into my thoughts. I don’t know. 🤔 #awesomeanimal
I respect your feelings but when the fur market was severely depressed due to all of the fur fuss, beaver have become a huge headache for landowners and more importantly for the environment. They can flood thousands of acres of hardwood bottom land, killing old growth hardwoods which so many animals depend on. Trapping beaver is a service to society and wildlife.
all these pansys in the comments LOL let the man live.
❤ I was gonna say “poor beavers” as well, lol but he’s putting them to good use and humans kill themselves over stupid crap everyday like religious beliefs when they should sing and hold hands. Or gang territory or stuffing animals in zoos, or burning down the rainforest, or slaughtering millions of cows for our consumption etc 😂so this guys alright for getting some good beave! 🤟🏻😂❤️
Oh no! He killed Justin! 😢
HAHAHAHAHA
Is this essential for food for you and your family… because if it’s not …..
It’s not really right..!!
He's been camping in the woods for a month or so. Harvesting the animals for food is totally fine.
Following your own logic you shouldnt eat any meat from a shop
I’m just wondering if you’re killing wild animals because you can’t afford or to poor to buy food…
The murderer! Animal cruelty and killing!
If you think that this is cruelty id expect you to never eat any meat every again, compaered to what happens in a slaughter house this is infinitely more humane and sustainable, so either you should be a vegan or you should keep your thoughts to yourself
I don't like seeing wild beautiful animals being killed. Theres no need these days we have enough of meat in supermarkets that is already being killed for this purpose.
Sad to see native animals being killed as click bait!
they were killed so he can eat
There is far from any shortage of beavers.
Oh no!
How horrible. Just horrible.
Poor beaver
I really don’t like this :( I didn’t watch the last videos because of the trapping but the thumbnail made it impossible to not see. Really liked it better when you kept it separate.
I agree. He killed these poor animals for no real reason other than for his CZcams channel. I like his bushcraft videos but I can’t watch this kind of thing.
@@Wordsmyth8 Do you eat meat?
Poor beavers!
