The comment about Gerrard getting 3 seasons to get it right. The reasons he got that long was firstly his name and secondly the end of the first 2 seasons there was clearly progress being made. Same for clement if we get beat by them there's massive pressure on him but as long as there's progress being shown then he has to stay and be given the time he needs
Yep the only pressure will be is getting the right players in if we lose on Saturday it won't matter because he will not get sacked they all knew he needs a rebuild but if it's not right in the summer he will end up being sacked about October time
Rangers Youth is the way we go ,good stuff from Clement keeping his eye on McCauslin as Ranger's will improve with a few injuries coming bk 👍 we need someone solid and quick and with a good eye to do a job in the centre of midfield and we need 2 strikers àt least we definitely need pace around midfield Lundstram hasn't been fit to wear a Rangers from the beginning,..RFC

January transfer window if where we lost the title.
We could of won the league if clement seen the injury situation the past few season and even till 15th October when he took over how bad it was and it has potential to lose the title. I would be shocked if Steven Davis never mentioned it to Clement in October after he arrived or someone from the medical team or maybe Clement knew and only decided to make 3 new signings in January and not recall 4 loanees Haji, lowry, DeVine, Cifu. Lammers was a right call for him to leave.
We should viewed the January transfer window as planning for next season, but no he's waiting for the summer as its too later we know every new player needs a good pre season and football comes early some player sign right on the last day giving no time for preparation for a club of our size.
We need to sign 10+ players even 15 due to half of them not making it or becoming injured or taking 6 months plus to get going its just the way it is at Rangers recent years.
How could I as a fan not even qualified football see it and the management cant is beyond belief. Clement said it himself recently he would wait till the end of the season to investigate the injury problem why? When its too late.
Hes a decent manager, got us the league cup and into a SC final and last 16 in Europe clawed back a 7 point deficit before giving 8 back. I think if he wins the Scottish cup it will make no difference to next season and will be a false dawn like Gio cup win and even getting to the European final as it cost us in league all the focus was on Europe.
Why cant we learn from the past Gio was given more time, beale was given more time and likely clement will stay on and same thing will happen. He should only stay if no one else better is available as at Rangers you don’t get time and the fans are fed up.

Our club is not in great financial shape and markets itself very poorly, which is why we have bang-average players in the team. Football is a business and celtic do it far better. You can walk into a sport shop in australia and buy football kits from loads of different teams, including celtic, but good luck finding a rangers strip. We can't do the fucking simple basics right as a club and yet we expect success on the pitch.

That will depend in what backing he Gets. I gave Beale till October last season . Clement needs a big result against celik to buy himself time whilst im no 100 per cent sure on clement. I do think he should get a chance and i still say sacking Gio and replacing him with mick Beale was a ludicrous Decision.

Hehe, so true. But just because you can afford a better class of mediocre player it doesn't mean you will necessarily get a better class of mediocre player. It's way too easy to try and bring in a big money signing that you think will tear the league up and end up making a make a complete arse of it. Look at the likes of Silva. Looks amazing player on paper. Did Wolves really pay £30M for him? Sheesh., thats about £25M down the pan if you ask me.
