Practically no significant difference in daily use for me as Internet user mostly. I tried both and Xlite as well, but choose Tiny 11 due to it's close to the original in look and feel.
does anyone know if you need pro license to run any of the Windows X lite/Phoenix/ghost spectre builds? Will my current home license work? if not does this mean I can't use any of those builds without buying a pro license? if that true that sucks.
you can use them without any issues and you can use any licence. Most of them are bsed on windows pro, so you'll need a pro licence i guess. Spectre has a Home edition, so you might wanna try that one.
I see, but if it's the same settings for both operating systems.. same CB settings I mean.. it should be irrelevant or not? Because I don't reach for the highest score I can get... I check the difference between them two
Ty. I haven't tried many windows 10 customers, but I will make more videos in the future also about what is there for 10. So far all I've used is ghost spectre 10 and I was very satisfied with it
Do I have to use Rufus? Can I use Daemon Tools to install it? That's how I do my other installations, but not sure of this installation will support it, or even let me use it.
Ghost Spectre seems nice and fast but I found out that on two Laptops I installed it on, the fans would not turn silent at any point. Even if there was no load on the cpu. I think I stick to tiny11..
Just installed ghost spectre 10 super lite SE in my 2011 Sony Vaio laptop. Fans go silent when idle. And i even have ultimate performance power plan activated. 🤷
@@blitzcrank1459 probably was a driver issue on your end. Laptops use funky drivers sometimes. If you backed up your divers and then reinstalled them on the new OS i have a feeling you’d have different results. It’s all part of finding the lightest OS.
If you watched them both then you'll know. In the first video I was just talking more about spectre. Here I actually show the difference between them... and I stopped talking;)
I appreciate the effort for all the benchmarks and stuff. But those gonna be my least deciding factor when it comes to choose my main OS for what I do. I want the most debloated w11 (ofc), but still have maximum compatibility, so that in the future when i install some rather obsoleted software, it still runs, instead of giving me random errors that the only way to fix it is install a normal w11. idk, and i know it is impossible to test this kinda of capability. short question, which one is the safest choice when it comes to compatibility?
I am using Ghost spectre for years at this point, i never really had many problems with compatibility however Ghost Spectre has a lot of features removed, such as the Windows Store, the Xbox app and also some windows features, while in my use case it doesn't bother me, it might be different for you. Ghost Spectre is mostly aimed at gamers, while Tiny 11 and Revi os are more for daily usage outside of gaming, so they probably come with more features and better compatibility, however, I would say don't go with Revi, last time I used it I had nothing but issues with all sorts of apps. That might have changed by now.
you can add all those feature back without any fuss. that's the whole beauty of Spectre and why I personally this it's the best of them all. Even if maybe some will have better results in tests. Spectre, with it's tweaks and toolbox, is probably the best and complex modded windows. But hey.. that's just my opinion
thing that bugs me its why ghost has lower internet speed, could be because of something running in the background ? are you doing the speed tests at the same time on 2 identical laptops ?
no. I always say "tomorrow" or "yesterday" to strange comments for which I either don't understand them or have no answer. And your comment is one of them.
Not a fan of how the aesthetics of ghost spectre look out of the box. If they kept the look of stock windows i would maybe consider it. maybe they can put those cosmetic changes in their toolbox as an option.
This freaking guy set the timer on tiny 11 faster than ghost the timer keeps spreading farther and farther apart. You could you just do an honest review!!??
Oh Nathan, buddy, are you really that smart, or is it just the hat making you look like it? I will do you a favor. I will give you time to rewatch the video... I will let you realize the mistake you made... and then I will let you apologize. I will give you time until tomorrow, because if you are as smart as you look, you gonna need all time to figure out your mistake. But if your brain cells don't come with an answer 'till then, then I will explain you. Don't worry; I won't use big words. I'll explain it to you in simple terms - like for a five-year-old which you probably are deep down.
the same as with reviOS, tiny11, ggos, x-lite, atlasOS, and all the rest - use/install it at yout own risk. don't ask questions which don't have answer? What if I say Yes, because I've used spectre for half of year, and then idk what happens to you? gonna blame me for your trouble? There's a reason why I give discalimers in all my videos. you want to be stress and questions free? Then use normal windows and that's it
Ghost toolbox is the best feature of the all times
I think Ghost Spectre applies tweaks unlike tiny11 which just debloats Windows 11. Makes sense for the performance to be different with this in mind.
yea thats why ghost specter gets less latency
A comparation between windows xlite superlite and ghost spectre would be great.
It's on my list
Very detailed, beautiful comparation. Is there any comparation between SpectreOS and RivaOs ?
