    You should try comparing the two on bare metal. This way, we can see exactly how much quicker the two are, independent of the additional overhead of running Windows plus the additional VM. Also, It would have been nice to see the difference in memory usage between the two as well.

    • @TheArtmann
      @TheArtmann  Před rokem +22

      I would do this if the operating systems would be the same.. like tiny11 vs idk.. another windows lite in that way. Ghost Spectre is another class than Tiny11 and if I have more time I will also do a "bare metal" comparison, but I don't think the results will be different

    • @jonere5

      Yeah I agree testing in a VM definitely is a lot more variables this kind of makes me want to do my own testing because I'm not sure I can reach a conclusion to which is actually faster from this video

    One of the greatest benefits in using Ghost Spectre's releases that should have been highlighted in the video is his ongoing support by putting out his own customised and cleaned up standalone Windows Update patches which are based on the official MS ones. This ensures that no useless bloat get reintroduced back into the system, as opposed to the normal WU service being active which would simply wreck everything if left running.
