this show has been edited quite a lot, I was there and remember lots of gaps between songs, also they tried to play 'Tyrants' 3 times before giving up!

I remember that!😰I was pretty much there to see my favorite Bass player in action.
Something similar happened in South América, I think it was in Chile. They tried to play but they couldn't. Abbath was too drunk and wasn't able to play at least one song. Finally he decided to leave stage and keep drinking with his fans

Yeah, he always likes my comments and responded positively when I said in saw an interview with him recently (very little views). I said I agree with him that climate change and woke culture is the new religion, not Christianity. Some asshole came in and said he never said that. He came in to defend me saying maybe i wasn’t word for word correct, but It was what he meant.

Actually the lineup is quite good, Creature in particular was a solid drummer
King is fantastic, he is wound a bit too tight with his worldview though. Keeps kicking himself down the road ☹️

I think abbath was WAY better with immortal. In this it seems like he misses his days with horgh and demonaz because he did 4 covers of immortal songs.

@@vlatkovalenta2108 I'd actually argue that immortal are sounding better without Abbath. Northern Chaos Gods is great sounding. I was surprised by Dekonaz vocals, They remind me of Quorthorn. And take away the drunken mistakes he made recently, Abbath's solo sounds is great. I think we ended up with a double win by them going separate ways.

I'm no prude, but I think these techno style lights detract from the show. A light show is one thing, but I'd much prefer moderation in lighting, and emphasis on whomever deserves it. Compare to "The Seventh Date Of Blashyrkh 2007"...that show is perfect in practically every way. Here, the mix suffer and lighting suffer.

This is really good. All the songs are memorable and catchy. Brutal too, but not a blur of noise. Good song-writing.
The LIVE sound is a bit too high pitched inmop. and not necessarily horrible!? Thinking it should be more closely knit to the way it sounds on the ABBATH solo album! Descent versions performed on the IMMORTAL tracks, but not quite the magic of that band performing Live at Waken 2007!
