The first 10 minutes of this workout consists of two exercises:
-KB Back Lunges x 5 (each leg)
-Burpees x 5
The last 10 minutes consists of two new exercises:
-KB Swings x 10
-Push Ups x 10

This was beyond brutal. I loved it. I'm short on time during the week so I love your following along workouts. Especially EMOM.
I also went 15 swings/5 pushups in the final 10 as I was insanely gassed.

How is it possible that you are in my mind? I was just thinking i could use a new EMOM and then you post this. I know what I am doing tmr! I am used to burpees with push up, so might change it up a bit but looks amazing

What's the weight of the kettlebell ?
45 pounds in each hand for the back lunges and I started with 45, then 53 and finished with 62 pounds on the swings
