Inflight Lufthansa Airbus A320 Takeoff from Crete Airport in Greece

- Maro recently flew to Crete, Greece on a solo flight. Her flight from Crete´s Heraklion International Airport was onboard a Lufthansa Airbus A320 in Economy Class. This footage is rwaw taxi and takeoff footage and includes some nice views of other aircraft on the apron at Heraklion Airport. It is the middle of the summer holidays so Heraklion Airport (called Nikos Kazantzakis) is rather busy. Maro was flying with Lufthansa from Heraklion International Airport (HER) on the island of Crete, Greece to Munich (MUC) Airport in Germany.

There is something quite exciting and strangely enough, soothing about the deep blue colour of the seas when you see it for the first time during your holidays. I absolutely love it when the golden rays of the late afternoon sun are reflected on the blue waters.

Great footage of the route to the aircraft and especially the takeoff. It's a pity we missed the flaps retracting and the associated whirring noise that accompanies it. Other than that an excellent video I thoroughly enjoyed.
