FUEL TANK DENT PULL USING HARBOR FREIGHT STUD GUN RZ350 MOTORCYCLE TANK - TANK FLAP REMOVAL BONUS

Using the Harbor Freight CHICAGO ELECTRIC WELDING Stud Welder Dent Repair Kit I attempted to pull a major dent out of this motorcycle fuel tank. I did not use the slide hammer that came with this stud gun.

Thanks Richard. If not for that first stud cut I'd be on to body filler now. Tried "practicing" on scrap sheet metal with a cheap MIG welder I bought years ago and can't seem to make it work. So bad I can't even publish here. Waiting for my bro to weld the hole I made or I may try silver solder on it which should work.

Not bad. Those older tanks have the gas filler opening farther away from the center of the tank than my bike, making it harder to use a prying type, or bumping tool from inside. Heating too any spots could make the metal shrink, making it do the opposite of what you want.
