First thing you do EDUCATE yourself don’t trust those “experts”
The real question is how to protect yourself?
I would do everything possible to remain anonymous.
I'd just be a rich hermit, buy a nice house with everything i need and not leave unless necessary
first thing you do, is purchase a lot at a cemetery, meaning arrange your funeral. the odds of been murdered within a year are higher then winning 1.5B again.

My first advice to singles out there, who have won the lottery, is to have a watertight prenuptial agreement before getting married.

Well first of all I would call the Paramedics.
One of those teeny weeny million dollar prizes would do.
I dont think they all go broke, i think they pretend they did to keep themselves protected !! They learn to look broke is key..that keeps moochers and thieves away

If you ever win a literary in the 8 figures and above, hire a 24 hour security guard that is either beside you or very close to you if you don't want attention. They basically cost like 100/h for a decent one and will save you from all sorts of trouble from your unknown relative to Mr hitman
the first thing i do is take care of my family and friends. the second is bussiness/investment. charity to certain area. take a flight trip to outta space.
I remember when I won the lottery for over $500 million dollars!!
