While most are trying to copy existing designs, your ingenuity and design are next level. That front end looks ridiculously sick! Subbed and can't wait to see this come to completion.
You won my subscription right here brother. What a nice build. If I may suggest something, you can have the front of the plexiglass bar full glossy and frost the rear of it. Also add a light diffusing membrane in the back to double the diffusing effect. And the finishing touch would be to frost the top and bottom of the bar, that way you wont see the housing, and it will diffuse light as well. Cheers

you should 3D model the foam panels you created and have a sheet metal shop create you steel or aluminum body panels so this turns into an actual car instead of just a giant foam sculpture.
Super excelent work. And that desing fits the "Tesla CT look" perferctly. So good you should send pictures of the "new vehicle " to Tesla car designer (his name is too difficult).
Just watched the whole build from the beginning. What a build! You got some talent and learned some skills along the way. I have to say the videos are a bit hard to watch sometimes. A lot of unstructured taking and most progress is off camera. With some better editing and cutting this channel could go big. With that said I’m now subscribed and looking forward to the next episode!
I wouldn't have stuck the LED strips directly to the metal housing. I would have made some plastic inserts that snap into the metal housing, and then affix the LED strips to that. That way, you can just snap the plastic out if you ever need to replace the LED strips.
re: side windows. How about keeping the windows without cutting them and instead have it programed so that they stop at the correct height. Who knows it may even already have a sensor to stop when it hits resistance. BTW u have a great eye for design.
The hood and the light bar just took the ride to another level.. the ride is looking sick, can't wait for another update.🤙🏽

Have you thought about rubber weather seals for every light and every window to make it as factory feeling as possible?
