so those two nuts in front of wheel liner. is it impossible through engine bay. its for my sister. im hoping i can squeeze my hands in there without taking the bar off lol or is it a must

Hi Matt, yes Altezza lights will be identical providing there aren't variations such as xenons or projector lenses.
