    This is a quick video looking at the Ryobi battery powered backpack sprayer versus a regular manual pump backpack sprayer. I am a huge fan of the Ryobi battery powered backpack sprayer.

    thank you for the review! I have 2 gal handheld Ryobi battery sprayer and tried with 2Ah battery. I swapped out the nozzle to wider range one. Then I saw the deposit range gets narrow right after I trigger the lever. it seems like I have to release the trigger to build up the pressure and keep doing this process constantly.. 🤔 is it supposed to do that? not sure why it is doing that with mine. your Ryobi's sprayer deposits consistently.

    I just picked up a Ryobi battery edger so it’s made me think about their sprayer. Tired of dragging those hoses all over throwing down apps!

      ryandelk04 i zinged my Bermuda pretty well trying to kill dallisgrass when it was transitioning. It ran in a few spots. So I’ve been working to get it filled back in. Healthy Bermuda looks awesome though. My tall fescue in the back isn’t dormant yet and still thick so that’s a plus!

    How many minutes do each use for 1 gallon ? that can determine how long and how slow or fast you have to walk to apply products. My Echo hand pump takes 4 minutes to spray 1 gallon . thats crawling on a lawn .to cover 1000 sq ft

    Nice demo/review.. Can you easily remove the Ryobi filter in bottom of tank and clean? Have you sprayed Humic 12 with the Ryobi?

    • @ryandelk04
      @ryandelk04  Před 3 lety +1

      The filter is easily cleaned/removed if I recall correctly. Yes I spray Humic all the time through it. The only time I had major issues is when I failed to test mix a few things I was combining and it started jelling up but that was a Ryan issue, not a Ryobi one lol

    Does the Ryobi come with a 150 psi, I like to have a long reach when I'm toxic chemical to avoid contact, especially eyes? Does the Ryobi come in a 4 Gal?

    • @ryandelk04
      @ryandelk04  Před 3 lety

      That is the 4 gallon but I would not trust it for toxic chemicals, it’s all good for the yard stuff I use but I wouldn’t try it with toxic/dangerous items.

      Ryobi recently released an Electrostatic sprayer that sprays as a positively charged electrons (better sticking) in mist form. Very pricey compared to their other sprayers and so far it is online purchase i think.

    • @ryandelk04

      You can definitely hear it but it’s not “loud” to me at all. I tested the dB level with my Apple Watch right up next to it and it was 70dB, to put that in perspective, when I talk at a normal tone of voice my watch says anywhere from 69-80dB. My mower was 94 dB at idle.
